State party chairman Linda Daves told McCain to butt out:
Contrary to any media reports, the 'Extreme' ad will run as scheduled next week. There has never been any intention to pull the ad and it will air. ...The Los Angeles Times reports the ad is part of a Republican strategy to define Obama as out of the mainstream:
People here in North Carolina should know that this ad is focused on Democrats Richard Moore and Beverly Perdue. By endorsing Barack Obama, they allied themselves with the most liberal person in the United States Senate. He is a candidate out of touch with the voters of North Carolina who does not share the values of North Carolinians. By refusing to stand up and rightfully denounce the statements made by his controversial former associates, Perdue and Moore are giving us the impression that they share these extreme views. The voters of North Carolina should be allowed to ask a legitimate question of candidates in North Carolina. ...
In Louisiana, a TV ad attacking Obama's healthcare agenda as "radical" proved so threatening that the House candidate it targeted, Democrat Don Cazayoux, distanced himself from Obama on Thursday, issuing a stern statement saying that he "has not endorsed any national politician."Meanwhile, Rev. Wright has broken his silence. In an interview with Bill Moyers, Rev. Wright said the attacks on him are politically motivated:
The flurry of attacks underscores how Republicans and their allies are sensing opportunity in the increasingly battered image of Obama, whom many Democrats have viewed as their best hope for appealing across ideological lines and helping their party win in conservative areas.
I felt it was unfair. I felt it was unjust. I felt it was untrue. I felt for those who were doing that, were doing it for some very devious reasons.Read the full story here. Rev. Wright's interview with Moyers airs tonight at 9:00 p.m. ET. To check your local listings, click here.

OMG this man is going to mess around and cause Obama to lose the race for the presidency. If that happens this reverend will be the most hated black man in america and I for one, will not feel the least bit sorry for him.We have always had race traitors in our midst.I feel that this reverend is a race traitor and he is probably jealous of Obama's national prominence, and prestige. These big mouth reverends are the ones to always run their mouths, and ruin everything.

I was agreeing with you BENZLVA when you said that the reverend is going to hurt Obama's presidency. In my opinion, he should have waited after the Primary's to tell how he felt about the media. But, when you started saying, "This reverend is a race traitor and he is probably jealous of Obama's national prominence, and prestige. And you also said, reverends are the ones to always run their mouths, and ruin everything". You lost me and you lost my respect!
First of all, this reverend and other reverends have the right to say what they want to say. Why should they all "HUSH" "HUSH" about the "TRUTH"! It was a SHAME that the media and TV NETWORKS talked bad about him! Second of all, How is he a traitor and is jealous of Obama? Why should Rev. Wright be jeleous of Obama? Both men are proud to see one another's SUCCESS and ACCOMPLISHMENTS in SOCIETY! Come on, do you really think that Politics and the Media is going to get in the way of their long time FREINDSHIP? NO! Reverend Wright is a Pastor and Obama's a Politician and both have agreements and disagreements on things. That is not going to ruin ANYTHING they both have!!!!!!!!!
I in my opinion, I feel it was the wrong time for Rev Wright to speak out publicly now!

Rev. Wright is right. He's a Pastor not a politician. Are we saying that Obama can only listen to people stamped "Grade A American Approved?" President Bush called Putin his "Soulmate." Republicans have former and active members of the KKK forming their opinions and setting their agendas. Democrats have racists too, but at least ours have been open to the possibility of diversity. Bill Clinton's coded racist statements are more unAmerican than Rev. Wright. Bill Clinton is standing in direct opposition to "Black Empowerment." America has the opportunity to forever close the door on racial inequity and who is blocking the door? It's like George Wallace all over again. The White one, not the funny one that always be thinking. We need to be thinking now.

Give me a break. Wright AND Obama far left extremists. A Christian would never say Goddamn ..anything. Why didn't Moyers ask about the following beliefs of Wright: 911 is the chickens coming home to roust, and the government introduced AIDs to kill African-Americans?

At this point, I don't care if Obama loses. It's not all about him. What I care about is the grave injustice that has been done to Rev. Wright, and his ability to speak on his own behalf. Rev. Wright spoke the truth, and got dragged through the public square tied to the back of a pick up truck for it.
Instead of condemning the hatchet job done on Wright's sermons, Obama condemned Wright. This was wrong. It was wrong for Obama to join a popular black church to elevate his political profile in Chicago and Illinois, only to ditch that same church when his national ambitions made it politically expedient to do so. It was wrong for Obama to liken his pastor of 20 years to a "crazy uncle" to pander to a Jewish audience. It was wrong for Obama to say that his pastor was stuck in the past, or that if he had been in church when Rev. Wright said certain things, he would have left the church. Who the h*ll is he? He didn't spend 36 years building that church, and he has no right to stand in judgment of it.
Obama has sold out the truth, his pastor, and his soul to win an office. I don't respect him, and as I said at the outset, could care less if he wins. At first I thought he was different from Hillary because of his vote against the Iraq War, but I now see he is just as much a calculating politician as she is. He is treating black people (and shamefully, ones very close to him) the same way the Democratic party always has: like the shameful concubine that has to be hidden from view and who should expect nothing for her loyalty.

OBAMA 2008 "YES WE CAN"!
Hillary Clinton and John Mc Cain are both cut from the same cloth. Instead of addressing issues that our country is facing, they are more concern to make sure the word gets out about anything that is supposed to be negative about a rival character. What these two have in common is that they are both liars and both are married to thief's. If either of them had to answer the phone in the middle of the night, one would be drunk from drinking shots and beer and the other would be screwing a Intern.

Listen, I was a black Republican who vote for President George W. Bush both times and would gladly do it again if he could run. I have sat and watch how the Democrats with the help of Mc Cain tried to destroy our President. When the Clifton's were in office , there is no way in hell would I have step in the White House with a President who made the Oval office a love nest for his Intern Bimbo.
But as I watch this current election unfold, and listen to the three remaining candidates, I realized that there is no difference between Hillary and John Mc Cain. Thanks to Fox News Network, and CNN, and ABC, CBS, this is not about a Presidential race, this is about nothing but the race card where two white worthless people, with the help of the White Media are scared to death to have a man with integrity and dignity run for office because he is for all the people.
Our country was already in trouble, not because of President Bush, but from the Clinton's not doing their job while in office, and our party for letting them get away with it. The only reason Bill Clinton was not Impeached, is because they had the FBI files and used them against both parties.
By being black, I have had to defend our party countless times. When I believe in something, I am willing to die for that belief. But listening to all the haltered against Senator Obama that Hannity and others are using and now this! I cannot be a part of this shameful lynching.
I expected it from the Clinton's., but not from us.
Now the entire world can see, that the KKK have replace their hoods with suits and ties and some are wearing dresses, and heels.
Senator Obama never played the race card, only Hillary and some of the Republican's. Now our party and the Clinton's are trying to used a man of God, Rev. Wright, to bring a man that believe in God down. Shame on you both, but God will prevail and Senator Obama will be our next President! OBAMA 2008 "YES WE CAN"!

From Blacks4Barack...CALL DNC TODAY !!! Stress THE FACT !! Clinton Has Lost ENTIRE BLACK VOTE !
While the media is dissecting the demographics, for some reason they keep leaving one verrrrry important statistic out of their breakdown. The Major Fact Is.....BILLARY HAS ALIENATED AND LOST THE ENTIRE BLACK VOTE ! Where's THAT fact ? And they have the gall to think that they can claim her to be more electable to superdelegates.......with close to zero black support !!! Hillary Clinton is the first democratic presidential nominee in modern day history to lose the entire black vote ! That, too, is a fact !
It is time for EVERYONE to contact the DNC and every superdelegate and remind them that due to her own actions HILLARY HAS LOST THE ENTIRE BLACK VOTE ! SPEAK OUT !!!!
Call The DNC TODAY at 202-863-8000 or contact them at Democrats.org.
This is in no way meant to be racial. We are all in this together....blacks, whites, young, old, rich and poor......working together for a better America. But the fact that Hillary Clinton (wife of 'The First Black President', who started this campaign with 82% of the black support) has lost the support of an entire race of people....is not only pitiful.....but should be made....a very well known FACT !
