So FOX News contributer Liz Trotta thought it would be a good idea to joke about the killing of Sen. Barack Obama. Since Hilliary Clinton busted the seal on the idea with the RFK comment, I guess it's fair game to joke about.
But this was not a slip of the tongue, as you can see. We shouldn't let one comment like this slide. Not one. But since it looks like she'll get away with it, please, no more assassination remarks or jokes on national television! ...
And that goes for you too COLBERT REPORT! You're on notice!
"Assassination" jokes about the current president are not politically correct. That's an understatement. It is no different for the next possible leader of our country, Obama.
Listen, Trotta is the former New York bureau chief of The Washington Times. That's a shame. She's a journalist, but not a responsible journalist. And now she's just another idiot like the ones Fox usually puts up there to talk.
The video has been going around for a few days. In all fair and balanced fairness, here's Trott's apology, where she jokes and laughs again? The Mike Huckabee NRA Obama shooting remark was sick enough. It's not funny. It's not a joke.

My wife and I highly detest the comments that Liza Trotta made concerning Senator Barrack Obama. We trust that the Manager/Owner of FOXNews offer a sincere apology to Senator Obama and his family, and that Liz be terminated for the employ of your company. If both of these things are not done imminently, I will discontinue listening to News from your company.

I dont blame Clinton for the comment this person stated. This is 2008; it's time to get real. No weapon formed against Obama is going to prosper simply because I truly believe that he is more than a conquer through Jesus Christ. And if God be for him, who (tell me who) can be against him.....

the fudge? excuse me, WHAT the fudge? i can't use the real words and language i want in this post, but the damn post can be about this racist w*o*e joking about killing not only a presidential candidate, perhaps the commander in chief of this country, but doing it so casually and going as far as to try and make a link to compare him to a supposed terrorist. if i said the b*t*h was a witch and we should burn her, or made a me chinese me play joke comment, or a holocaust joke, i'd be a terrible person. its what i now refer to as casual racism, when you can make a racist comment and have it just shrugged off, the way no one has said directly or the way the media tries to indirectly say that hillary just made a mistake (which was insinuating murder)...and we are supposed to ignore (we have ignored) the fact that the osama/powell/bush/sheik bank is raking in all sorts of income. i hope that bish burns. a witch stake or hell, thats not my decision though.

The comments of assassination are not jokes or language mishaps but coded words to engage hate. This behavior was started by Senator Hilary Clinton which affirms some of the comments of The Rev. Dr. Jeremiah Wright regarding race relations in America. Why else would Senator Clinton continue to remind White America that Senator Obama is black? She consistently campaign that “he is out of touch with the white working class”! On the other hand Senator Obama because of his race is forced to walk on eggs shells not to offend the white, privileged, female opponent for fear of being called a racist. His campaign isn’t based on any one ethnic group but all ethnic groups which proves that America is not longer enslaved by its past. We all know that Senator Obama couldn’t win with just the votes from ethnic group. In my opinion, Hillary Clinton is a racist, has no integrity and do not deserve to be President or Vice President of the United States of America! It’s definitely time for CHANGE!

It is so unfortunate that Hilliary made this statement, but I have said this all the time. America's way of winning is by FEAR(frighten your opponant off), SMEAR(destroy your reputation)SPEAR(kill your opponant off). This is a fact, it is written in history. Abraham Lincoln, John F. Kennedy, Robert F. Kennedy, Martin L. King, Father and son, George Wallace and more. Therefore, it was not a slip of the tongue by Hilliary, it was a call to arms, she did say she would hunt with her father. Plus, for those who say they were joking, there is a lot of truth told in joking.We are what we say and do.God bless America!!!

Interesting that BlackVoices saw it necessary to state the wrong in Trotta's assassination statement but has yet to mention the horrific diobolical sentiment of Hillary's assassination insinuation. And once again, not a single positive message here regarding Obama's historic path to the White House. BlackVoices is sad !...and not a voice for true Black America. Does Tavis still own BV ?

People need to quit making excuses for Hillary and all these other pepole that say that kind of stuff. They said just what they frlt. They do not need to give the apolgies because they area fake. They have all ready said how they really feel. It is a shame that people really feel that way.
