So FOX News contributer Liz Trotta thought it would be a good idea to joke about the killing of Sen. Barack Obama. Since Hilliary Clinton busted the seal on the idea with the RFK comment, I guess it's fair game to joke about.
But this was not a slip of the tongue, as you can see. We shouldn't let one comment like this slide. Not one. But since it looks like she'll get away with it, please, no more assassination remarks or jokes on national television! ...
And that goes for you too COLBERT REPORT! You're on notice!
"Assassination" jokes about the current president are not politically correct. That's an understatement. It is no different for the next possible leader of our country, Obama.
Listen, Trotta is the former New York bureau chief of The Washington Times. That's a shame. She's a journalist, but not a responsible journalist. And now she's just another idiot like the ones Fox usually puts up there to talk.
The video has been going around for a few days. In all fair and balanced fairness, here's Trott's apology, where she jokes and laughs again? The Mike Huckabee NRA Obama shooting remark was sick enough. It's not funny. It's not a joke.

5 and 6, you guys are idiots. I'm an Obama supporter too but I don't think BV has to kiss his ass. And there are plenty of positive stories on this site about Obama, you two just don't look. And do you guys go to mainstream sites and criticize them about not having enough positive Obama or even black stories??? NO you don't.

A wise man once said a may a truth is said in jest. Senator (Sin A Ton) Clinton is not above or beyond assisination look into the Vincent Foster case or the Ronald Brown case. Remember she is a trained and taught lawyer and career politician. Death by bullet is a reality in a gun obsessed America. But the Man I follow said and I quote "They wont be able to put that small time stuff over on us brother" these words were/are from the Honorable Elijah Muhammad!!! We'd better wake up and stop fighting against each other. What Hillary started and what Liz Trotta has continued is malicious, evil, offensive, hateful, and terroristic. There is no way a Black man or woman would get away with making such public statements and during a political race! We need to be outraged and we need to shut Fox News DOWN!!! We need to sue Liz Trotta for making terrorist remarks about Senator Obama. Hillary and people who think like her are sending subtle hate filled messages to the ones of them that will carry out such a crime. It's a set up! Such a sad day in time for all of America and abroad to witness such blantant calls to terrorism and caous. A sad day when a person who is seeking to lead this country into prosperity could be the same party that is leading it to genocidal war. Its unfortunate, heartbreaking, and even unforgettable to witness the higher leaders not make a stand against such careless remarks. Indeed if Obama would have made these same ignorant and crucial remarks he would have been hung at the stake and stoned. He would have been probed for weeks and all of his affillants and associates would have been interrogated. His financials would have been frozen and he would have at some point been dragged into a jail where the shit would have been beaten out of him. And more importantly he would have been highlighted in the history books as the Presidential Nominee who ended up being charged with Terroristic and Criminal Hate Crime Activity. His family, life, and reputation forever ruined. But with Hilary's remarks she gets a laugh off and an excuse. An Equal Opportunity for all, not by far! So sad a day indeed!

this typical but more typical of black folks saying and believing this.it's a shame that we as a people cant get pass this fear of assassination syndrome.the whites in this country has successfully put this fear in us to maintain control and white supremacy over us and it is maintained because our people allow it to be. our heroes and sheroes risk death in far worse times but they were not afraid to step up to the plate. people who are saying this overtly or covertly are just willing tools of white supremacy.these people that suggest this even playfully are playing a very dangerous game.beware because there are those who are keeping an eye out for these would be assassins and will stand still. big mike miller.
