But Clinton backers are saying: We got your veep and she's "absolutely ready." The campaign to put Clinton on the ticket is being led by Lanny Davis, who has posted an online petition:
We write you because we believe it is very important for the Democrats to win back the presidency in 2008. To do so, we must field the strongest possible ticket for the Democratic Party. We believe the 2008 election could be close. And your selection of a vice presidential candidate may make the difference between victory and defeat.Clinton's ace boon coon, Bob Johnson, is also pushing a "unity ticket." In a letter to Rep. James Clyburn, Johnson wrote:
We write to urge you to select Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton to be your choice for vice president because we believe that she would be, by far, the most qualified and strongest candidate to be your running mate.
Now that you have endorsed Senator Obama as the Presidential Nominee of the Democratic Party; I, as a long-time supporter of Senator Clinton and of the Democratic Party, urge you to do everything possible to unify this party to win the Presidential election in November. For me and millions of other Democrats, I believe that the most important step that you can take now is to encourage the Congressional Black Caucus to urge Senator Obama to select Senator Hillary Clinton as his Vice Presidential running mate. ...Johnson obviously didn't get the memo that African Americans are through with Hillary and Bill Clinton. Besides, Johnson has little credibility with black folks and none with the presumptive nominee. Obama is more likely to heed the advice of Jimmy Carter: Don't go there.
You know as well as I the deep affection that millions of African Americans hold for both Senator Clinton and President Clinton. ... But most important, we need to have the certainty of winning; and, I believe, without question, that Barack Obama as President and Hillary Clinton as Vice President bring that certainty to the ticket.

To all elgible democratic voters who are right thinking people just because the candidate that you voted for didn't win, you should not refuse to vote for the winner in your party if you think about it each candidate especially in this party has similar thoughts as to what they know is the best for the country and you should give all your support to the winner. This is the first time in the history of the country that two people of differnt races and different genders have been selected to run for the highest office in the country. Just because the person of a different race is not the same as yours should not make a difference they are still American and love this country as much as you. The majority has selected their choice according to the rules of the party. Will you be one who will not be part of this historical event? Will you vote according to your ethnic group? If you still have within you that hate for a person who is not of your race vote your conscious. The people of both parties that have won the race have certain qualification but one has better realistic ideas that is good for all Americans.
One seems to have better ideas about the war and wants to end our involvement in a reasonable amount of time and the other one wants victory at all cost. One is willing to use diplomacy to talk to our enemies the other one does not want that. One believes because he is older that he corners the market on intellegence and the other has not been around long enough to have that intellegence. Experience is the best teacher with mechanicl skills not with mental skills and as we grow older those brain cells wear out our memory decreases so what is the better of the two choices.

"HELL TO THE NAWWWWWWWWWWWWWW,will Obama put Hillary on the ticket! That old stupid "UNCLE TOM" Bob Johnson and that Lanny Davis need to SHUT UP about it! This is all a strategy. Obama has good people on the list that he might consider. He is not going to RUSH or be PRESSURED in making a MAJOR DECISION like that! Obama will not give in and select her. He would then have her and that sneaky husband Bill up to no good! Obama is for CHANGE and he should stick with CHANGE and don't bring in the same old politics once he is in office!
"YES WE CAN"!

Bob Johnson (one of the architects who set out on the destruction of the minds of millions of young people (black and white) by selling them the garbage he promotes on BET) is telling Sen Obama what Sen Obama needs to do to win the general election. This is paramount to indirectly insulting Sen. Obama's intelligence – Bob Johnson needs to do this because he still needs to feel more important than Sen. Obama. Here is a guy (Bob Johnson) telling someone (Sen Obama) who rose from obscurity politics to beat the anointed one (Hillary Clinton), the most powerful politician of the Democratic Party, and to win the democratic nomination. Senator Obama, with deliberate speed and the wisdom that propelled him to the nomination, will pick is own VP at is own time. Bob Johnson’s needs to make him look weak by telling him what to do will not work. History will judge Mr. Johnson harshly. Shame on Bob Johnson!

During your campaign your constant repeat was that Hilliary would be "politics as usual." Please heed your own advice. With Hillary as your VP, you could never exercise your credentials as president because you would be putting out too many of her fires. In other words, you would have to "fire" her. Hillary could not, would not, nor does not compliment you in any way as VP.

Sen. Obama has gone to Sen. Clinton's house hat in hand in a most niggardly manner begging her to be the Vice-Presidential candidate on the Democratic ticket. This comes as no surprise to me. I saw the handwriting on the wall that Sen. Obama is nothing more than a disgusting opportunist when he stabbed the great man Dr. Wright in the back. I put my support for the Obama Campaign on hold at that time. Then when Sen. Obama reacted to Father Pfleger's great and courageous serman at Trinity by removing his membership from the church that sorry act left me with no doubt that Sen. Obama would sale his soul to the devil to accomplish his ends. I personally have no respect for a man who has no dignity. Just yesterday Sen. Obama through what remaining decency and dignity he had left aside when he spoke at the AIPAC and literally got down on his hands and knees to kiss the boots of Israel. While basing his campaign on change and saying he would be willing to talk to friend and foe alike for the cause of peace Sen. Obama on the most sensitive subject in world affairs heaped more praise upon Israel than Israel heaps upon it self. Sen. Obama went so far as to say that an undivided Jerualem will always be the capital of Israel. Not even Bush has got out on a limb that controversial. Sen. Obama may has well told the Palestinian people and the Arab world to go straight to hell. That alone has to rank among the most inflamatory and reckless political blunders or stupidity of all time. Then Sen. Obama called Hamas a terrorist organization he would never recognize. Not once did Sen. Obama mention the two state Palestinian-Israeli solution to this some 60 year old conflict that has been at the core of the Arab world hostility. It has been the old familiar US Government's one-sided favoritism towards Israel that has fostered hatred and distrust on behalf of the Arab people and the Islamic nations towards the United States. Sen. Obama on the sensitive issue of the Palestinian-Israeli conflice offered more of the same US failed policy. At least Presidents Clinton and Bush call for a two state solution and have criticised Israel for placing settlements in Palestinian territory. On both these crucial issues Sen. Obama remained silent. I am relieved to have seen the true face of Sen. Obama a so called black man. I have the feeling that if Sen. Obama wins the presidency many will wish that Clarence Thomas was president instead.

It's political suicide. It's a LOOOOONG way to November. But a black man and a white women as rulers of the country? Try selling that to the "red states." There's already multiple assassination sources out there.

Obama's Cabinet:
VP - Oprah Winfrey
Sec. State - Al Sharpton
Sec. Defense - O. J. Simpson (get that man a lawyer!)
Sec. Treasury - Wesley Snipes (what's the IRS?)
Sec. Labor - Any black woman with ten children
Attorney General - The late Johnnie Cochran (being dead shouldn't be a deterrent)
Sec. Transportation - Michael Jackson (what moves!)
Sec. Health, Education, Welfare - Aretha Franklin
Sec. Housing & Urban Development - The "Crips"
Sec. Environmental Protection Agency - Mike Tyson
Regardless, all government cabinet officers and all presidential apointees should be black. Not one white person, man or woman, should be in the Obama cabinet.

Every year there is history being made and I knew in 2008 it would either be a black man or white woman making history as the next possible candidate. Either way I would've been happy, but more so because it is Obama because I am black. However, because I understand their is a puppet master holding the strings and our presidents are nothing but puppets, it really doesn't matter who wins the election. Neither of them are for the American people. They're allegiance is to their puppet masters who is control every government behind the scenes. If you do some research, Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton are in the elite's "bloodline" which makes them prime candidates no matter how much they seem to rival against each other in public. As a matter of fact, Barack Obama's family tree reveals him to be a kin to President George Bush and Dick Cheney (distant cousins)...don't take my word for it, research it for your self. They're all puppets, it just a matter of who's turn it is for the next 4 to 8 years.
