Okay, I'm not sure why it makes news every time presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, Sen. Barack Obama wipes the crust from his eyes in the morning, but my guess is that the national news media and idiot pundits from coast to coast fail to realize something about the man: he is a human being. And like most human beings he does quirky things with the person he chooses as his companion when he accomplishes something.
In this case, he and wife Michelle dap each other just before he speaks on gaining all the needed delegates to get the Democratic Party nod. You might of missed it, but if you caught it, it made you smile.
You see, lots of human beings do that with their friends. You know, high fives, shout-outs, slaps on the butt, etc. Up until now, most presidents couldn't do anything like that because they didn't have the rhythm (well, maybe Nixon did). In this case, you have a guy who ain't afraid to say "ain't."
That's what people like about him and his South Side Chicagosista wife. Sorry, you won't find any Preachergate stuff with a simple pound between a husband and wife.
Now back to less important shi* like the economy, terrorism, the Lie in Iraq, the environment, energy problems, the national infrastructure, health care, education, oil prices, the housing crisis ....

A happy husband is grounded man - a grounded man makes for a true leader - a true leader makes an excellent President - and an excellent president makes a nation great. If Barack and Michelle want to dap, or pound, or whatever you wish to call it - then more power to them. Their solidarity, as well as their love for each other is obvious, and wonderful to see. They remind me of the young Kennedy family - Simply First Class people.I hope they "dap" all the way to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave!!!!!!

the young Kennedy family!?!?!?! Haha, JFK was a cheating liar for his whole marriage. Which Kennedy wasn't, does anybody know of one? Just goes to show, the masses believe the superficial image over the truth every time.
Now to start getting to the bottom of Michelle's anti-white bias - which she has been trying to conceal lately.

Why is it that so many political figures excuse the Clinton's bad behavior? When I go online there is so much hate towards African Americans. The media harped on Rev. Wright but not one thing on the blatant racism by Morning Joe, Pat Buchanan, Tucker, Wolfe, Hannity, Lanny and so many others. What if we judged everyone who worked, smiled and laugh with them. Knowing that they are racists. What exactly have we done to these people for them to hate us so very much? I don't know whether to be angry or be scared!
How long do we have to watch our African American political figures or political figures period excuse bad behavior? I don't hate anyone but I don't like what some people do. All I want to know is what have we done that some white people can hate us this much?
When Obama made it I thought it was historical but its not its just a reminder of how we are hated not only by White people but of our own people. It has shown us that people like the Clintons, Hannity's, the Democratic Party and Republican Party are really doing nothing for us. We still can't say what's on our minds and that is a terrible. I realize that this problem is bigger than all of us but we have always had someone to start something good but so many to put a halt in us going forward. Slow and steady! Where is the finished line?
