THEY SAID HE DID WHAT TO THAT GIRL?!?!? Was it a setup? Was there a mole on his back? Wait. Is that R. Kelly's Grammy on the mantel and "Bump N' Grind" playing in the background?
None of it matters. The case is closed.
Now, R. Kelly's an innocent man and goes down in the bizarre criminal case studies that include O.J. Simpson, Kobe Bryant, Michael Jackson, and most recently Michael Vick.

I can't tell you how many kids i see singing that lollipop, or pop lockn n droping it. I'am 28 yrs old with no children, one of my best friends had her first child in the 8th grade. I wish everyone would leave R.Kelly ALONE. Maybe, just maybe he really didn't do it!

Come on people he has settled 6 other cases out side of court and had 14 counts in this one case. Okay soooo maybe it wasn't him in the video. COME ON PEOPLE when will we believe he is guilty? I guess after he does your daughter,sister at the young age of 14? He needs some jail time.

If Kelly is a pedophile which he most likely is,
his name will appear in another case involving a
under age girl in future and he may be able to buy his way out of that situation as well, but eventually his perverted sickness will caught up with him. And
whether this child appeared to be experienced in sex
or not didn"t make it right for a grown a-s man to
have intercourse with her. And athough it's true we live in a society where men of many cultures desire
woman half their age the operative word is "WOMEN"-
"NOT CHILDREN". For a mature adult male/female to
have any sexual attraction toward a child would more than suggest that they have some very serious issues.
Hopefully Kelly will keep in mind that he is the father of three children and I'm sure he wouldn't
appreciate anyone having unnatural attractions
toward them. You're a very talented musician R.Kelly,
don't throw it all away. Get help if you need to.

If he was innocent all the time, why did it take six years for the verdict? Seems to me they would have wanted his innocence to be declared a lot sooner.

All I can do is ask is what is wrong with some of us ? I can't believe that some of the African American community are rejoicing at the fact that R. Kelly has gotten off. This goes to show the world one thing about us is that we are more worried about being entertained or being able to two step then about the safety of our own children. I've even had discussions with people who are educated and that I thought were rational about this situation and they bring it back to being on the child. R. Kelly is a grown man and as the adult in this situation he should have guided this young lady in her choices and not slept with her. To be found not guilty in no way absolves him of guilt and culpability but on means legally he won't be punished. I've seen edited versions of the tape and no doubt it was him. This man had married Aaliyah at age 15 and had multiple cases settled out of court having to do with sexual indiscretions with under age females. This man who has the audacity to call himself the pied piper of R&B. I'm sure most you don't see the relevance of him using the that title as his pseudonym. The story of the Pied Piper of Hamelin is basically this In 1284, while the town of Hamelin was suffering from a rat infestation, a man dressed in colourful garments appeared, claiming to be a rat-catcher. He promised the townsmen a solution for their problem with the rats. The townsmen in turn promised to pay him for the removal of the rats. The man accepted, and thus played a musical pipe to lure the rats with a song into the Weser River, where all of them drowned. Despite his success, the people reneged on their promise and refused to pay the rat-catcher. The man left the town angrily, but returned some time later, seeking revenge.While the inhabitants were in church, he played his pipe again, this time attracting the children of Hamelin. One hundred and thirty boys and girls followed him out of the town, where they were lured into a cave and never seen again. Depending on the version, at most two children remained behind (one of whom was lame and could not follow quickly enough, the other one was deaf and followed the other children out of curiosity) who informed the villagers of what had happened when they came out of the church. So this brother R Kelly is sick and sick beyond all natural sanity. Moreover, he knows all he has to do is play his little tunes and yes he has you of the African America community under his control like those rats because you are so damned easily entertained and miss the bigger picture. A man who has daughter's who he'd protect from the same predator that he is at this point. And to the young lady who was obviously paid off you were a minor at the time this all occurred, but today you stand as a adult with the ability to see things rationally or so we thought. I hope the money you got for you silence makes you happy because basically you let him know what you were worth for a paltry sum. Please get help that you need because as a creation of God there should be no price you should have been willing to sell yourself for which means you have low self esteem. Obviously you think you will be unscathed but this choice will haunt you forever and be passed on in your fears about your daughters own safety should you have one. Also remember your silence has set this man free to do what he did to you again to some other young girl. Now to my brothers and sisters who cheered because R. Kelly was found not guilty and who continue to go to this man's concerts and give him your hard earned money. You all just keep dancing and have a good times while the world passes you bye. All the things to fight for... a better education for your children and equal and fair treatment for you as American citizens under law. You are the type of African Americans who choose to fight for the use of the word n*gg*r and for R. Kelly................... why ? Some of us have lost our values and for damn sure our way. Keep being entertained ... while you are stepping in the name of love but remember when you get tired of all that and look up THINGS WILL HAVE CHANGED AROUND YOU AND MOSTLY FOR THE WORST. WAKE UP PEOPLE BEFORE ITS TO LATE.

I am amazed at how many black people are ready to ignore crimes committed against black women and children but will flood the airways and streets over things done to black males. If we can excuse or pray for R Kelly, then we need to pray for every police officer or racist who commits a crime against black men. It is time that we place a value on the lives of black women and girls like we do black males.
We all know that the verdict would not have been "not guilty" if it were a young white girl in the video WHETHER OR NOT SHE WAS "FAST."

Shame of all you who watched that tape. Whether it was R Kelly or not you knew the girl in the tape was underage so why were you watching. R Kelly's own brother said it was him. I think money bought him his freedom. For the person saying the child looked like she knew what she was doing, shame on you too.
