Just Wrong! Suing Over a Thong Malfunction

Okay, this qualifies as probably the dumbest thing I've seen within the last few months, and I've seen (and heard quite a few stupid things).

Would you believe a woman is suing Victoria's Secret because the metal clasp from her thong popped off and hit her in the eye? Hell, the next thing they'll be suing for is edible underwear that has an aftertaste.

How much farther are things going to go? She's 52. It ain't right to say she's "too old" to be rockin' Vicky's Secrets, because many women can stay sexy into their 50s and feel beautiful sporting a teddy or g-string.

Here's some of the best responses from the Black Voices community on this thong song. ...

Lets see the thong, because they make some descent drawls. Her @ss need to stick to bloomers, something safe. -- leetyere30

And ugh @ a 52 year old wearing thongs. Guess she's tryna bring sexy back. -- juicyjuicelvn

If I got popped in the eye with a piece of my undies I think I'd keep that to myself. But, if people can sue fast-food chains because they ate their super-sized food and got fat and if a woman can sue McDonald's because her hot coffee burned her, and if a man can attempt to sue for a million dollars over a pair of pants, I guess malfunctioning panties have a chance too. -- cocoagoddess81

Maybe she was tryna look sessy for her man...either way now thongs gonna have to come with warning labels. I just have this visual of a size 10 woman tryna get in a size SMALL thong. -- GreenEyedBandit01

Just another fool looking for some free money. Victoria is not for the black skin at all, it was made for the "vain, show the stuff to the world" women. ... And the idiot lawyer who would take such a case must be terribly hungry. -- osterga4
