Okay, this qualifies as probably the dumbest thing I've seen within the last few months, and I've seen (and heard quite a few stupid things).
Would you believe a woman is suing Victoria's Secret because the metal clasp from her thong popped off and hit her in the eye? Hell, the next thing they'll be suing for is edible underwear that has an aftertaste.
How much farther are things going to go? She's 52. It ain't right to say she's "too old" to be rockin' Vicky's Secrets, because many women can stay sexy into their 50s and feel beautiful sporting a teddy or g-string.

This is hilarious! We live in a suit-happy society, often times goaded by ambulance-chasing lawyers, there to encourage us to "get" while they believe the getting is good. Stranger cases have been brought to trial so we'll have to wait and see if this somehow will be justified in a court of law, as well.

I don't understand, why is there a law or soon to be for people that wear their pants below the waist with their underwear showing? Whey are people getting away with showing their thongs in public? That is PLAYED OUT! There should be a law too!

I think it's perfectly reasonable for older females to wear thong lingerie. I also think it's perfectly reasonable for her to sue because she suffered damage from the product regardless of when it was purchased or how many times she had worn the item previously.
And y'all know VS lingerie ain't cheap!

yes you can be beautiful and sexy at 50+, but after a certain age there are things that you should NOT do, for example go on national tv and have your breast hanging out. She is a beautiful woman, but put the breast away.

She was CLEARLY too large for that thong. VS does not carry plus sizes. She probably stretched and strained the thing to death and when she bent over to investigate (the thongs whereabouts) the poor little diamond heart popped off in distress. Most ridiculous lawsuit ever. I would have been embarrassed to tell it.
