Wednesday on NPR's 'News and Notes, host Farai Chideya asked a provocative question: Does Sarah Palin have any interest in diversity?

Chideya's guests included yours truly along with Kevin Ross, a former Superior Court judge, entrepreneur and active Republican supporting Barack Obama and professor, speaker and Fox News commentator Marc Lamont Hill.

We had a very lively discussion that you might enjoy.

We also touched upon what affirmative action in college admissions should look like and briefly talked about restoring the right to vote to felons.
