It's hard to believe that it took 21 months to get to the finish line. There were more than 20 Democratic primary debates, three presidential debates, conventions, rumors, scandals and gaffes galore.
This election brought us Obama Girl and Geraldine Ferraro. We'll never forget Rev. Wright and Rev. Jesse Jackson going "nuts." There was "Joe the Plumber" and Joe Biden, who started off his presidential bid calling by Obama "clean and articulate."
