It was announced Wednesday night that the search for the remains of a Jersey City baby has moved to Kentucky, but police fear that the corpse has already been incinerated. Details
Please read below to get the full story of this horrifying tale.

We've all heard about medical mistakes before but what happened to one mother in New Jersey is beyond comprehension. Kaylnn Moore told reporters in New York yesterday that when she went into labor a month early on December 21, doctors at Christ Hospital in Jersey decided to do a C-section.
But instead of getting her Christmas miracle, a healthy baby boy named Bashir, Moore's son was stillborn. Devastated, the young mother left her baby's remains in the care of the hospital and went home. When she came back to claim him, the hospital couldn't find his body. That's right, you heard me, the Christ Hospital claimed it couldn't find Bashir. ...
How does a hospital lose an infant's body?

If that wasn't bad enough, Moore says police told her that her son had accidentally been thrown in the trash; tossed away like garbage. How in the world could that happen? Surely, medical professionals can tell the difference between a little black boy and a pile of trash, right? Apparently, not because now officials are searching dumps in New Jersey and Pennsylvania looking for Bashir's remains.
It makes me wonder about the state of health care in this country. And, it should make you think the next time you check in the hospital.

I think it is heartless to throw away a human being. There is no respect for the mother nor child. What a name Christ Hospital? Jesus Christ would never have done such a thing nor condone it. He said he came to give us life and give it more abundantly.

God blesses children. There is no way I could let these so-called professionals off the hook. They should all be held responsible and lose their credentials. Absolutely horrible!

i think they did something wrong to the baby if it was alive for 20 minutes and it wasn't a still born and they threw the baby out because they wanted to hide their mistake didnt want to get an autopsy done. Bless the child

I am sure that the hospitals appoligy is heartfelt. I can not imagine that anyone would do something like this on purpose. We have to remember that the people who work in hospitals are human and make mistakes. You can not fault an entire establishment for one persons mistake. The same way we can't fault an entire race for one persons ignorance. In addition the hospitals name has nothing to do with the mistake that was made. Too often we hear a horrible story such as this and think with our emotions, wait until all of the facts are out.

i dont mean no disrespect but i am a preacher daughter and i know the bible have took ministry classes and that was wrong yes we are all human and we do make mistake that was pure heartless, unprofessinal careless and by the way i am a
M.A. clinical and that make all people that work in the health field look bad. and i agree with the other message if the baby lived 20minutes after birth that is not considered sstillborne thats when it comes out not breathing no pulse no heartbeat they hiding something i have s chiuld that was born at 8 months he was 6iband14oz so in less she had health problems or high risk pregnancy then something is not right with this picture sweety sorry for your lost but i would get a lawyer and fight that although it wont bring you your son back but you have stopped a hospital from doing someone else child that way you have put it on the news everyone knows they need to be all fired that on dutie that worked that wing of the hospital including the cleaner of the room its about the honesty and trust be blessed

this is beyond ridiculous...I'm a nurse and take very much pride in the work I do for the company i serve and mostly and abundantly the patients. The most helpless people in this world are babies and the elderly. To discard Bashir this way is dispicable and brings pain to my heart. My sincere apologies goes to Kaylnn for those in that hospital for their reacklessness, inhumane, and unprofessionalism action. Their are good Nurses, Doctors, Volunteers etc...that enjoyes new life and appreciates the life that those had already lived and give dignity, grace, and respect to each and all. I pray that Bashir is found...I will be praying for your family from California

There is no excuse for this kind of mistake. The poor girl was already heartbroken after carrying that precious baby & losing him. This was just another slap in the face.
Are they sure the baby was thrown in the trash..You hear these stories on the news about dead bodies being sold..makes ya wonder.
