Should black men consider filing a class action lawsuit against Bonnie Sweeten, the woman who falsely accused a black man of kidnapping her and her daughter this month? While the idea might sound absurd, there is a DJ in the south who claims that black males should stand up against the fact that they're regularly accused of doing things they didn't do. Mark Gunn, host of WGZB radio (Louisville, KY), argues that black males should put together a national campaign to file a class action lawsuit against Sweeten, to make the point that black men are growing tired of being portrayed as thugs, criminals athletes and entertainers.

There is a broader discussion about the bankruptcy of GM and what that means for Americans.
