Click here to read a copy of Michael Jackson's will (pdf via TMZ)According to the will released today , Michael Jackson's mother, Katherine, is named guardian of all three of his kids.
But the will also says if Katherine died before him or couldn't serve as guardian, he nominated Diana Ross to serve as guardian of the children and their piece of the estate. The will was written up in July 2002.
I didn't know the two were still that close, but I guess she would be a good mother. After his death, Ross was quoted as saying: "I can't stop crying, this is too sudden and shocking. I am unable to imagine this. My heart is hurting. I am in prayer for his kids and the family."
A petition connected to the will says the King of Pop's estate is worth more than $500,000,000 in "non-cash, non-liquid assets, including primarily an interest in a catalog of music royalty rights which is currently being administered by Sony/ATV, and interests in various entities."
Michael Jackson's Family Trust will manage his estate. Those trust managers include; John Branca, Jackson's lawyer; music exec John McClain and Barry Siegel, Jackson's accountant. (SOURCE: TMZ)

I'm sure John Branca, Jackson's lawyer; music exec John McClain and Barry Siegel, Jackson's accountant will make sure their pockets are fully Filled before any thing is done...They would steal all of Jackson's money...if they haven't already
Maybe that is why he owe so much...people "Cheating" him every which way...

Hey Shell....The Bible says "the Love of money, is the root of all evil.
Not Money alone, you have to Love it as a God!
Money is a useful tool, and it is too bad that our banking system works off of Credit Scores.

THEY CANT STEAL MUCH. MIKE OWES MORE THAN HE HAS AND THE COURTS WILL SOON TIE UP ALL THE MONEY FOR THE DEBTS TO BE PAID. GOOD NEWS IS THAT THEY CANT TOUCH THE KIDS TRUST FUNDS AND BEST OF ALL IS THAT ALL OF THE OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS WILL TAKE GOOD CARE OF THEM.

YOU ARE RIGHT HE HAD A RIGHT TO DO WHAT HE WANTED .
IF THE SHOE WAS ON THE OTHER FOOT U WOULDN'T FEEL THAT WAY. HE SHOULD HAVE LEFT IT TO HIS CHILDREN, MOTHER ,SISTERS ,/BROTHERS .KEPP EVERY THING IN THE FAMILY . AND WHAT EVER ILL FEELING HE HAD WITH HIS FAMILY, IF HE DIDN'T ASK FOR FORGIVENESS . IT'S TOO LATE NOW. THE BIBLE SAY FOR GIVE . WHEN THEY PAY HIS DEBT/ ATTORNEY/ BELEIVE ME THEY SEE PRESIDENTS. HOW MUCH U THINK WILL BE LEFT .

No, I don't believe Micheal owed anyone. Micheal owned the Beatle Collection, and all his own dats and music. He was a brillant manager, especially of his own finances. But smart enough to put it in the hands of businessmen who also had people looking over their shoulders. Micheal knew what happens when you have to use prescriptions to manage pain; watching Elvis, he knew that he too would need experts in finances to take care of his money.
He owned his own dats, music and recordings, and knew what would happen if he counted on watching over all that he owned himself.
The White media, especially Diane Diamond, and the two foreign reporters who he gave interviews too, who ended up betraying him, hated him for all he was and all he was able to do. Especially being named by Guiness of World Records as the worlds most charitable giver. Can you imagine that! The most charitable person in the World, and they targeted him, and tried to ruin him. A wonderful and sensitive man.
I understand what he meant about shareing your bed, and giving up what you have for someone else, but he made the mistake of forgetting that he was grown and you have to not let what you do have the perception of wrong! In a perfect world, yes, he could have let kids have his bed, and sleep on the floor, but in this wicked system we live in, where there is a pedofile on every corner, we have to be careful, and watch what we do, especially single people, like he was. Remember, he didn't go play and rough house with boys in his neighborhood, like the average boy is able to do, he had to put together his music.
He was a genius, and will be forever missed!

When my youngest daughter called me on Thursday to tell me that Michael Jackson had died I was working in an office where I prepare personal income taxes. I just yelled out, "Michael Jackson is dead!!!?"
I could not believe it and immediately started to cry. All the people in the office heard me, but I did not care I went into the break room to pull myself together as I still had about an hour and a half before I was off work. Just as I was getting myself together my second to the oldest daughter called and she just bawling about Michael. I started tearing up again, and once I was off the phone with her my oldest daughter called. She said she had to leave work because she could not concentrate. I finally got myself together and a few of us at my office started discussing Michael Jackson and his family. I was supposed to go to choir practice for my church that night, but I could not go. I was glued to the television trying to find out what happened to our "little Michael."
I am at this publishing a book where I got in trouble for writing down the words to the Jackson 5 hit I WANT YOU BACK. Although I never mentioned the Jackson 5 everyone who reads the book will know exactly who I am talking about. This is so sad.
My two youngest daughters were truely infactuated by him. I bought them the glove, the jackets, the dolls and all the books, magazines and other MJ stuff.
The Enchantment of Michael Jackson began when he was just a little boy. Many of us latched on to him at that time and we never let go. MICHAEL JOSEPH JACKSON truely was one of a kind. There will never be another like him. God broke the mold after MJ was born.
I just want to say What a Loss. OMG. To the family may God bless and keep you. Keep Michael in your memories and you will see him in your dreams.
