Most of us know about the tragic death of NFL great Steve McNair. On this episode of "The Bottom Line with Dr. Boyce," we discuss the athletic legacy of Steve McNair. I've invited Dr. Deborah Stroman of the College Sport Research Institute in to talk about Steve McNair as an athlete and as a black quarterback.

I knew there was something wrong with the picture and the story when the case first was reported, about Mcnair dying so tragically. Wrong? It must have been a woman related.
My biggest memory of McNair was not so much his on the field heroics, but his calm cool, demeanor and responsibleness to Coach Fischer, and how Mcnair and Frank Wychek (TE) had such chemistry, trust, and ability to click when the Titans needed a score or a first down.
The other thing about McNair which stood out was his "homeboy" nature, and remembering where he came from in time of need when HURRICANE KATRINA HIT his home town, and he and BRETT FAVRE came to the aid of the needed from their country background towns.
Love is funny. He had a loving wife, he loved his family, but 'young love" is just got to get in to the picture. This time the young love, was fatal.

I heard he was not happily married. His wife just turned her head like most of these women married to pro athletes.
He was just another black man who was "Desperately Seeking Kim"... A poor version of an ignorant white girl. Many black men do not know their worth, so they stoop for the leftover trash...as long as it's white, it's right.
He should have separated from his wife and at least hooked up with a 35 year old nurse or lawyer... But nooooo, he ends up with trailer park trash....so typical. Damaged black men with damaged white girls...

FROM THE REPORT IN THE ARTICLE . THE POLICE FOUND GUN NEAR THE WOMAN, NOW IF THEY MATCH THE POWDER RELEASED FROM THAT GUN THAT WOULD MATCH THE ROUND USED , THEN MATCH THE POWDER ON HER IF SHE SHOT THE WEAPON, THEN SHE IS THE KILLER. THEY DIDNT SAY IF THE WEAPON USED WAS SEMI AUTOMATIC OR AUTOMATIC BUT EACH WEAPON EJECTS THE ROUNDS AND REVOLVERS HOLD ROUNDS , SO WHERE I'M GOING IS THAT IT SHOULDNT BE HARD TO SAY IF WEAPON FOUND WAS USED BUT WHO USED IT IS THE QUESTION. THE SHOOTER HAS POWDER ON THEM AND IF CLOSE ENOUGH USER AND VICTOMS HAVE POWDER. LOOK LIKE THEY POINTING AT THE GIRL IN THE ARTICLE , THEY WERE STOPPED AND VEHICLE WAS IN BOTH THEIR NAMES , HE LEFT IN A CAB , SHE WAS CHARGED , SO HE MIGHT HAVE WANTED TO QUIT BEFORE EXPOSSED

Did Dr.Stroman really just say the Utah Jazz and Ariz Cards are racist because they don't pick enough Blacks. What does she want every player on every team to be Black????
She is obviously very jealous of Whites. I would be too if I looked like her.
