Whatever happened to the days when a judge would say, "One more outburst like that and I will hold you in contempt!"A judge in Chicago has sentenced Clifton Williams to six months in jail for contempt of court after he yawned during his cousin's trial. A spokesman for the court said Williams attempted to disrupt the proceedings with his yawn.
I wish we had the videotape, because that must have been one heck of a yawn. The worst part is Williams' cousin got probation, and he got sent to jail.
According to the Chicago Tribune, this judge is not someone you want to mess with. He's held people in contempt for swearing, not turning off their cell phones and even sneezing! Okay, I'm just kidding about that last one.

so basically if someone let out gas they gonna get time too huh ,dam shame out of all the bad things happening in this world they gonna lock some 1 up for something so simple

Justice is for Cops and Blacks to hell with all others. Cops are criminals and blacks are Racist always looking for A hand out or to rob some one.

There is a part of this country that relishes the history that can be researched in old dusty books and treaties. There is a part of this country that can find no redeeming quality in the same history. Cheating and murdering the Indians out of their homeland, purchasing and enslaving
Africans without a thought toward humanity, Importing the Chinese to labor and die building their railroads, imprisoning the Japanese after Pearl Harbor. Yet white people still can't stand to hear complaints about injustice in the United States. WHY? Because they're ASHAMED and they won't admit it. That was the LAW at the time is a well used excuse and ignore the facts, are two main ways to justify these acts. Ignorance is a major sin. America has yet to pay for it's IGNORANCE.

more evidence that cops and the criminal injustice system are intentionally jailing Black men.
a white guy takes a gun to an Obama rally, but a Black man can't yawn (a natural action) in court- gets six months in jail.
white cops kill Black men everyday, but a Black rapper can't rap about it and gets 2 years when he says (not does) 'kill a cop'.
