With all of the speculation still surrounding Michael Jackson's death, Katherine Jackson is considering filing a civil suit against Dr. Conrad Murray, Michael's primary physician. ...
Katherine Jackson's attorney, Burt Levitch, says:
The possibility of a wrongful death action has been floated. In that regard, no decision has been finalized. .... Dr. Murray's name has been floated because he is under investigation.
Autopsy reports reveal that Jackson was given a "powerful anesthetic" that led to his untimely death. Murray is thought to have administered the drug.
Murray isn't the only person Mrs. Jackson is setting her litigious sights on. She may also sue concert promoter AEG, which promoted Michael's final tour:
It's fairly obvious from press accounts that AEG had a very active role in Michael's life for the last six months," Levitch said. "They paid for his home and for Dr. Conrad Murray."
While it is uncertain how Katherine Jackson will proceed, possible litigation is not the only issue on her mind. She recently re-introduced her argument of being named co-executor of Michael's estate:
No one has reflected on what it takes to nurture an estate, and no one is in a better position than Katherine Jackson or her designees to do that," Levitch said. "Rather than trying to derail this estate, we would like to take our place at the table."

My condolences again to the Jackson Family. I know Katherine will handle her business. I knew from the door that Dr. Murray had something to do with his death. This explains the Oxygen Tanks in the house and IV'S in the Dr. Murray's room where Michael Jackson slept while in his care every night. It's funny how this Dr. Murray surfaced on You Tube with his message saying "Thank you all for supporting me"? He knows his azz is in big trouble and was desperate to do this. Isn't it a little too LATE to be trying to sell yourself to prove that you are innocent? He gets what he deserves! He took part in taking away a human life!
As far as AEG, they too are going to get what's coming to them! They knew DAMN GOOD IN WELL that Michael at 50 was in no condition to sing and perform a 50 live tour! They knew he wasn't in good health! By looking at the rehearsal video, I could see that Michael lost a lot of weight and didn't look well. AEG was pressuring Michael, had HIGH EXPECTATIONS for him to do all these tours, and played a part of causing his death too!
I hope they bring charges on Michael Jackson's Dermatologist. I am so sick of seeing him every where in the media and showing up in court wanting to be in Michael Jackson's kids life! He probably played a part in the cause of death over the years too!
To Katherine and the Jackson Family, you have a lot of fans that really want to see justice too, so that you can have closer and peace for your son.
May God Bless you all!

Not enough money yet, Katherine? Wait a little while and you can start to pimp his kids out for more money so the rest of the Jacksons don't have to work. Maybe they will make enough to cover the substantial therapy and counseling costs they will incur due to being part of your sick family.
I'm sorry for your loss but your son was nutcase who needed help and would not accept it but he also contributed to his own downfall. His "family" and "friends" helped him along. More money is not going to change that; you and yours milked every bit that you could while he lived and you're still milking him dead.

I believe AEG and Michael Jackson’s Promoter planned his death.
There is no power in our justice system that will penalize the MOB (organized criminals/ syndicates) for sabotaging your progress (using money), buying your attorneys out, plagiarizing, nor contracting a hit out on you. You could be drugged , robbed and murdered like Michael Jackson was and from the Judge to the instigator will go free to rob the next person… I am so sorry this sounds so negative ~yet ~ it is the truth…
In real estate and any high profile case, defendant and plaintiff attorneys of the subject state if hired have a tendency to collaborate in the interest of all getting paid. Financial institutions, law enforcement, businesses, the judge etc. subject to benefit financially can and will be bribed. Michael Jackson himself had been taken to the slaughter big time…Unless Katherine will hire a team of reputable attorneys out of LA, she doesn’t have a chance at being rewarded all that is due to her nor the children. We all know that in any institution, matters can be manipulated for the right price. Has been…
I fault Joe and Katherine for allowing the industry moguls to push them out of the business and financial affairs of the boys music business after they signed with the first record company. Had they educated themselves in the industry to become experts, their sons may have kept them involved through out their
