According to a law enforcement official, the Los Angeles County coroner has indeed declared Michael Jackson's death a homicide:The coroner determined a fatal combination of drugs was given to Jackson hours before he died June 25 in his rented Los Angeles mansion. ... Forensic tests found the powerful anesthetic propofol acted together with at least two sedatives to cause Jackson's death.
Dr. Conrad Murray, Jackson's personal physician in the last weeks before his death, will likely face manslaughter charges. Murray is last quoted as saying that he "told the truth and has faith the truth will prevail."

People need to get off this kick about someone killed M.Jackson.The man died because he had enough money to buy a doctor who would do as told and prescribe powerful sedatives at his patients request. Should this doctor lose his license ? YES. Should he be brought up on charges I really don't agree that he should because if someone with that much money wants something bad enough he will find a way to get it.

Doctors have a higher, professional, ethical & legal obligation to do no harm. Just because Micheal wanted it doesn’t mean you give it to him (the same way a responsible mother does not give her child ice cream everyday because they want). If you do, you get to pay the price. Dr. Murray might just go to jail. While I feel sorry for him, he needs to. He knew the risk he was taking too, which is why he charged a $150K /mth!
Sometimes all people see is the money, & they tend to forget right from wrong. There’s a reason the drug manufacturer says on the label that it should be used only in a hospital.

I agree 100%! And it's sad at the same time too. MJ was worth HUNDREDS of MILLIONS and yet he still couldn't find happiness. With my mortgage payments and kids getting ready for college, let me make HALF of that and I'd be the happiest Black man on Earth!

Ii Disagree with your opinion. I Feel that the People Should Not Stop until Justice is Served for Mike's Dealth. Mike would Not Use his Money to get what he Wanted, at least Not in that Way. As for Dr. Murray, he should have Known Better than to have given any Patient of his any kind of Drug such as he did Mike. If Mike would Not have Done Nothing that would have cause Such a thing, He has Always Loved Life, Too Much and Especially to His Children, in WHom He Loved Dearly.

When will these doctors be doctors and not greedy. The first thing that came out of his lawyers mouth was that he was still owed $300,000. Doctors have to learn to say NO to the rich and famous and this crap would not happen! He gave him two doses of valium, two doses of ativan and two doses of another powerful sedative (which alone would have killed him, without the propofol)in 30 minute intervals and then the propofol. Surely he must have known it could have and would have killed anyone. The dear cardiologist didn't even know how to properly perform CPR, so perhaps he didn't know it would be lethal.

don't be such an idiot, michael trust him as a doctor as well as paid him to give him something to HELP HIM SLEEP NOT KILL HIM. it is his duty as a doctor to let any patient know rich or poor that it's against his medical oath to prescribe any medicines that will harm or end in death to that patient. damn right he should be charged he caused his death he knew more than michael that all the medicine he adminstered to Mr. Jackson could be lethal/deadly. Yet murray intentely continue to adminstered those drugs with no reguard to Mr. Jackson's life not to mention human life. instead murray firmly saying to Mr. Jackson no as a dr I give an oath to protect my patients he continues to give adminstered those medicines to Jackson. Than theres other laws he broke as well with the Cpr and deprovan in a private home while yet he was not in a hospital and not an antheseologist. What would you have to feel or say if this was one of your family members? C'mon look at the picture don't be so narrow minded and ignorant.

What it shows is this doctor's greed. So what if MJ wanted him to give the drugs to him. If your a real doctor and agreed with the hipocratic oath that you took you will not do something for someone you know as a doctor could harm or eventually kill him! Now I do agree that he may not be the only doctor responsible, because MJ had many doctors of record I believe I heard there were at least 12 doctors who had treated him. I think they need to start looking at his plastic surgery doctor.....he appears to be very suspect, because he performed so many botched surgeries on
MJ he would have access to the drug that they say killed him also. Just because someone tells you to do something just because they have money, and you do it because your greedy your should be held liable.

Let's face it, if this KILLER DOC had been white, blacks would have beeen rioting since the day he died. But again, since THE KILLER WAS BLACK, NOT A PEEP! And you wonder why the white people know there is a double standard. JUST ONE OF YOU OUT THERE ADMIT THIS IS TRUE. JUST ONE!
