Dr. Boyce and Rev. Al Sharpton Discuss Barack Obama, Black Politics, David Paterson

Comments (2)

This week, Rev. Al Sharpton and I discussed President Barack Obama's racialized fight with the Right Wing, as well as President Obama's public feud with New York Governor David Paterson. Paterson, who is also African American, has a horrifically low approval rating and Obama has justifiable concern about Paterson's ability to win the next election. A loss by Governor Paterson could have a negative impact on other elections within the Democratic Party.
