Obama Schools China's President on Human Rights
During President Barack Obama's meeting with China on Tuesday, Obama encouraged the President of China Hu Jintao to consider the U.S.-held belief that all human beings have "certain fundamental rights." Their conversation will be continued next year. [Washington Post]

American Public Worry About Health Care Costs
According to an AP Poll, 43 percent of Americans are said to oppose the health care plans in Congress, compared with 41 percent who are supporters and 15 percent who are undecided. Seniors are said to carry the most skepticism about the plan. As a whole, though, the poll also revealed that the majority of those polled still support Obama's initiatives. [Yahoo News]
