Salahis to Plead the Fifth
According to their lawyer, Tareq and Michaele Salahi will use their fifth amendment rights if they are subpoenaed by Capitol Hill. The Salahis caused quite a stir for attending a White House dinner they were not officially invited to. [Washington Post]

Student Opens Fire

An "upset student" opened fire at a Virginia community college on Tuesday. No one was hurt, but the suspect is being held in custody. [AP]

Four Slain Officers Honored
The four police officers killed by Maurice Clemmons were honored last night during a memorial service held in Tacoma, Wash. Clemmons opened fire at a police station in Lakewood and fatally shot the officers. He was later shot to death by police. [Seattle Times]
