We can now stop speculating. Tiger Woods is going to take an "indefinite break" from professional golf. The latest statement by Woods was expected by some, given that irreparable damage has been done to his billion dollar brand. Companies have run for the hills, and Tiger Woods' face and name no longer carry the weight that they once did.
This is part of the statement released on Tiger's website earlier today:
I am deeply aware of the disappointment and hurt that my infidelity has caused to so many people, most of all my wife and children. I want to say again to everyone that I am profoundly sorry and that I ask forgiveness. It may not be possible to repair the damage I've done, but I want to do my best to try.
This saga seems to be one that will never end, as the speculation has run rampant about Tiger's personal life and what he is going to do to stop the bleeding. I personally find it odd that the notorious "Team Tiger" has allowed the mistresses to tell Tiger's story, rather than Tiger telling the story himself. Only time will tell if their strategy actually makes sense. Right now, it does not. The funny thing about all this is the fact that "Team Tiger" has not engaged in their usual scorched earth strategy of suing every person who slanders Woods or his family, giving that much more credibility to the comments being made by all of Tiger Woods' women.
Tiger Woods is going to lose a lot of money because of this scandal. Companies have ripped his face off their corporate banners, and some are wondering if even Nike will reconsider their relationship with the golfer. But for a man who has earned a billion dollars in his career, there are things more important than money. I imagine that he is now trying to protect the two things he loves most: His family and the game of golf. Leaving golf means that he may have let go of one in order to protect the other.

Thank GOD that Tiger has taken the stance that he has on his Blackness or lack thereof. I guess that you have to be Multi or Bi-Racial to fully understand his feelings. By calculating the amount of blood running through his veins he should be called the 1st "Asian" champion of the world. Most Black Americans still strongly subscribe to the Jim Crow rules e.g. "The 1 drop-rule," as many still live with the "Slave Mentality." Most don’t realize that in Thailand there are tens of thousands of Tiger Woods look a likes. They have the same lips, nose and skin color. They expect him to forget or ignore his mothers “RACE” let alone the fact that his father was also mixed race. Do you get the picture?
Next let’s talk about the “HAIR.” Tiger does not have Nappy hair. Hair is another strong factor in the racial determination of ethnicity. Are his children going to be considered “Black” also? (Not) Has anyone seen pictures of them? Not one single feature about them even remotely resembles AFRICA!!! And their hair, Black people would “KILL” to have their HAIR!!! So called “BLACKS” spend Billions annually to chemically transform to look like who? Certainly not those African’s that the BLACKs pretend to be so proud of! What a Joke! Every race in the world the father, mother and the kids, both boys and girls, all have hair that looks similar to one another. Then when you look at a Black family the father and son have hair that looks alike but the mother and daughter use chemicals and hot irons to alter their natural state before they can even feel good about themselves. What a shameful JOKE!!!
Thank GOD again that GOD gave Tiger the talent to reach the greatness that he has so that when he speaks about his multi-racialism, it finally matters. Poorer and less great groups and individuals have been talking about this forever to little avail. Now that he proclaimed it, it has become a major focus.

I feel Tiger is only sorry he got caught! Imagine how long these affairs would have lasted and it's possible he wasn't using condoms. His wife better head to the doctor real fast then to church!

I believe that we should all Pray for Mr. Woods and his family. shut up, stop gossiping and speaking destruction into Mr. Woods Life and his Family.
Our words are filled with Life or Death, Blessings or Cursings, be wise before you speak, because what you sow you (each of us) will Reap.
He is and will always be a Son of God just as we all are.
Who are we to cast stones at him, take things from him which he work so hard to accomplish.
His personal Life has nothing to do with his Gift that God has given him.
Remember none of us are perfect, we all make mistakes.
God has taught us to forgive, to have compassion and to Love inspite of our Sins, yet we allow our selfishnes to drive us to Hate and Destroy what ever is left, just to see Tiger Woods Fall.
God is and will always be the ONLY Judge who will not kick us when we fall. we all have or will fall in some area in our lives, yet we will all arise to fufil the destiny which God has designed for our lives and no words, money, endorsements or anything else will stop it.
We say to other people and pretend to other Countries that this is the land of opportunity, the land where we Love our people and will always support, yet we lie and wait for our people who we once Loved and Admired their Gift to entertain us our family and our friends, to make that 1 mistake.
Then we, who suppose to Love the people who we say reprsent the USA with a level of Excellence, such as Tiger Woods, allow first the MEDIA and the people who hate him with a passion, loose, to do what we know always happen, PULL Him Down with all the Evil that is within their Hearts.
We should all Pray for Gods Mercy and Grace for Mr. Woods and his Family.
Allow God to do what he wills and we should Love him and his family, as we always have.

It's sad that his wife would have given him this ultimatum. It's even sadder that he gave in to it.
This marriage is over, and have been for some time. I believe he is staying in the marriage out of guilt, not love. And before it is said and done, she is going to have him sign over his soul.
