Radio show host Rush Limbaugh is at it again. The other day, in response to the recent flap over Harry Reid's comments on President Barack Obama, Limbaugh had this to say:
"I know the real reason that Teddy Kennedy was mad and offended when Bill Clinton said, 'Hey, come on, man, this guy woulda been fetching us coffee a few years ago.' What made Teddy Kennedy mad was it's[sic] women get him coffee. It was Negroes that brought Ted Kennedy his booze. And that's why he was all offended... We deal in the truth here...."
It appears that Rush Limbaugh is doing a good job, earning his mega salary by spitting out silly and inflammatory statements that are deliberately designed to rile people up. Rush Limbaugh is not dumb enough to really believe all the crazy things he says. He just wants you to believe that he believes these things. Then, you get angry, respond to him, listen to his show and his corporate sponsors sell you products. That's the game.
But let's get to the funny nitty-gritty of all this and explain to you why Rush Limbaugh doesn't deserve your credibility or respect. Limbaugh, a high school graduate and recovering drug addict, once had this to say on his show in 1995:
"And so if people are violating the law by doing drugs, they ought to be accused and they ought to be convicted and they ought to be sent up."
There's really nothing else to say. Rush Limbaugh is not to be taken seriously, and the idea that we are letting an entertainer and recovering drug addict play any role in the face of American politics says a great deal about the state of American government. Let's leave Rush Limbaugh alone.

I agree the more we as black peolpe feed in to this idiology that he puts out the more he spits out to infuriate....DON"T feed in and don't pay attention lets stay on the focused on other issues and not this Male form of a drama queen that he is..Rush hasn't learned anything yet and you think his "near death chest pains would humble him just a little..well I Guess not..next....

Ignoring a monster under your bed only encourages it to grow. Rush's audience isn't in the black community...it's in the disaffected, disenfranchised white community.

Right on Dr. B! He is nothing but hype. However, there are those Blacks who will indulge him; not me though. I never heard his show in my life. The photo of him there looks like he is on his way out in a minute.
Also,his banter disrespects the recently departed Ted Kennedy. This is disrespectful to the Kennedy family also. But, Mr. Kennedy was admirable. He went into the Black neighborhood schools and read to children. If I am not mistaken, he read to the same little girl for years at her school. There were countless Blacks who came to his funeral. But, I doubt if many will miss Limburger (sic). His time is coming soon.

I hope we as a PEOPLE will not waste our time talking about this. Let's just ignore him. We all remember when we were kids and our mothers would tell us to ignore the kid who kept picking on us...she said something like as long as he/she don't put his/her hands on you, just ignore him/her.
Normally I post things that affect us as a people on my FB page. I'm not going to give him my time and engery by posting this bs. Why should I give him free advertisement? Screw him. I hope he takes a handful of oxy and end the pain and suffering that our eyse and ears endures everytime he opens his big fat mouth. He's a hateful troll. Ok I've vented here with my people. Now back to ignoring him.

Don, those were Rush's words and his alone. We can't attribute them to anyone but Rush. We know the game so let's not play with Rush or lend creditability to his shenanigans.
