Obama to Speak to America Tonight
President Barack Obama will be looking to connect with the American people again during his State of the Union address, which will take place at 9 p.m. EST tonight. There is a lot riding on his speech, as Obama has seen his top domestic initiative, health care, being seemingly knocked out by the Massachusetts election last week, when Democrats lost the 60th seat needed to pass health care legislation.
