International health organizations will start an emergency campaign to provide vaccinations against communicable diseases for 140,000 earthquake survivors in Haiti.
A coalition of health agencies, made up by the International Red Cross, the World Health Organization, UNICEF and the Haitian Health Ministry, will begin vaccinating nearly 2,000 this week in the capital of Port-au-Prince.
With sanitation in the city totally compromised, the threat of spreading diseases, such as measles, diphtheria and tetanus, has posed a major concern for quake victims and aid workers.

Why not just call it what it is. Since Americans would not take these poisonous and dibilitating vaccines, Well, we'll just give it to the Hatians. Who's gonna care, nobody cared when they gave the so called polio vaccine to Africans.
