New evidence has been released surrounding the Orlando lactating mother, who was groped by an off-duty police officer while he was working as a uniformed security guard at a club.

The alleged incident occurred last December when then 20-year-old Rachelle Cortez had attended a concert with friends. Cortez, who had recently given birth, was dancing and had stepped over a yellow line. The young Mom was then asked to leave the club for being too close to the stage.

Police officer Brandon Loverde, 31, had asked the young mother to follow him to a nearby parking lot. "He told me not to move where I was at, where he put me, so I just stood where I was at. I didn't move, not one bit," Cortez said. According to a police report, Loverde then allegedly offered the puzzled and nervous woman a bottle of water, he then squatted in front of her and, with a blue latex glove on his hand, reached inside her bra and squeezed her breast until milk squirted in to the glove.

The report goes on to further state that, according to Cortez, the policeman wanted to suck on her breasts and do more. Laverde attempted to grab Cortez' other breast but the scared young woman pulled away.

Cortez, who is now 21, told investigators that the officer held her against her will and touched her without permission.

Video footage of the incident in the parking lot only partially corroborates Cortez' story. The footage does show Laverde squatting down with a glove on his hand but everything that occured afterward is blurred.

A polygraph test report was just released and Cortez passed with flying colors.

Laverde was relieved from all of his duties without pay and has been criminally charged with false imprisonment and battery. He is out on a $5,500 bail but is still not allowed to return to work as an officer.

Cortez wants Laverde imprisoned for allegedly flexing his position as an officer to intimidate, then sexually molest her.
