The 'King of Pop's' full autopsy report was just released, and it reveals some information that has and has not been made public before in the media.
According to the Los Angeles County Coroner's 51-page report, regarding Michael Jackson's untimely June 25th passing, his death is now officially labeled a homicide. The report also went on to state the following:
--We all know that Jackson died of "acute propofol intoxication." But did you know that an anesthesioliogist was hired as a consultant and summarized, that there were "no reports of its use in insomnia relief?" The consultant also went on to state in the report, that the "recommended equipment for patient monitoring, precision dosing and resuscitation was not present. The standard of care for administering propofol was not met."
--There was speculation and denials that Jackson had the skin pigmentation disorder vitiligo. The report confirms that the singer did in fact have the disease and was covered with patches on his face, chest, abdomen and arms.
--Jackson wore a wig. He was actually bald in the front, and his sparse, short, dark, curly hair measured about one and a half inches in length.
--Right on the tip of the pop idol's nose was a bandage.
--Jackson had scars everywhere on his body: face, legs, shoulders, arms, neck even behind his ears.
--He apparently had a few tattoos, both eyebrows and a small pink one near his lips.
--A total of 13 "puncture wounds" were found on Jackson's body--on the right side of his neck, both arms and both ankles.
--In addition to propofol, the autopsy stated, the 50-year-old had a host of drugs flowing through his body--lidocaine, diazepam, nordiazepam, lorazepam, midazolam and ephedrine.
--Unfortunately, Jackson was battling quite a few medical problems at the time of death--"chronic lung inflammation, respiratory bronchiolitis, diffuse congestion and patchy hemorrhage of right and left lungs."
--The coroner also reported finding a closed bottle of urine on a chair in the bedroom, where the singer died, along with a box of catheters, disposable needles, alcohol pads, several empty orange juice bottles, a string of wooden beads and a green oxygen tank.
--At the time of death, the world's greatest entertainer weighed a mere 136 pounds and was 5'9" in height. Jackson was categorized as "thin" on the report.
Dr. Conrad Murray, who was Jackson's personal physician was charged with involuntary manslaughter on Monday. The cardiologist, who was with the singer when he passed away, pleaded not guilty and faces up to four years in prison if convicted.

This report of his body does not really tell the reader anything new. Tatoos on lips, and eyebrows, surgical scars, inadequate care by "attending physician" and it was long speculated that he wore a wig, and a "thin frame".
But, heck, I learned something new... I did not know that he had wooden beads !

The wooden beads were prayer beads, what is up with the sarcasim? A man has died, and all of you haters show up and make the most sordid, rude comments when possible. For once, why can't you just accept that Michael Jackson was a brilliant entertainer, and that most of the rumors that have been flying around for years, were just that, tabloid rumors. It has been verified that Michael suffered from vitiligo, yet the haters kept saying he had bleached his skin; it also verified that Michael had suffered hair loss due to his hair being burned during a Pepsi commercial; there is nothing new about the fact that he wore wigs, this has been known since he suffered the burns; the tatoos on the eye and lips were just permanent make-up tatoos, which is also acceptable for entertainers. Michael had some serious lung problems, this is probably why he died during this procedure.....fools talk they go on and on and on, fools talk they go blah blah blah, they don't care about truth, they don't care about false, you just want everyone to agree with you...that's all
you can't live nowhere on this planet with this kind of charm...how about showing some respect!

Yes, I agree respectful is due. Remember the oxygen chamber the media made him sound like freak for having. Saying he slept in it to protect himself from germs and he was germ freak. Well now we know he had issues with his lungs. The media never had the facts straight when came to Michael. Even when he and his family told them the truth.

I agree - respect is due. It saddens me of what he had undergone and suffered as a result of media chastisation over the years. He maintained his career to the fullest and best of his abilities, yet still some cant seem to find it in their hearts to see that he was human.
One thing for sure, he never lied about his ill health. It just simply meant that he was misunderstood all of these years and not believed.
Sure enought, descrimination still exists.

What a price to pay for fame and glory! I looked at his picture and you can see the sadness and hurt life has gave him in his eyes. The man wanted to be loved and accepted just like any normal human being. His only recluse was entertainment when he could put his mask on and pretend to be happy. God Bless you Michael and may you R.I.P!

Thank you and thanks to the reply before yours. I have a healthy respect for those in the entertainment business who die at the hands of others. Anna Nicole comes to mind and in this country of plenty of everything, we are so impatient with each other and unkind. It is saddening. We bring race into the oddest places. I am a black woman, sad that Anna is dead, sad that Farrah is dead, sad that Michael Jackson is dead, and my list goes on. We have all lost someone and should remember the pain that happens to other families during such a loss.

I also agree. And so what if everything all the rumor mills have ever said about him were true...THE MAN WAS HUMAN...with frailties as most of us...umm...but the most important thing, the man was truly gifted and a genius at his craft. He should at least be given the respect to have peace in death...Unfortunately some folks lives and minds are so small all they know how to do is discuss people....Michael was prolific with a large mind, he discussed his ideas to us through music.
Remember this when we persecute, gossip etc...
Small minds...discuss people
Average minds...discuss events
Large minds...discuss ideas

A proud fool...not enough sense to recognize greatness. What can a retrobate offer but his rotted cheek to criticize something far beyond his thick, unpenetrable gray matter and equally miserable existence? Pity...a mother can't foresee what she'll give birth to... and, well, "abort."
