On Thursday a judge will determine if Joe Jackson, Michael Jackson's father, should have access to his son's medical records. Joe issued a a subpoena last month to have access as a means to back up his monthly allowance request from Michael's estate. The controversial father claims he should receive the money, because Michael supported him financially while he was alive. [NY Times]
White House Expects to Add 95,000 Jobs Monthly
The Council of Economic Advisers announced today that the White House expects to add 95,000 more jobs each month. While the economic stimulus package is credited for both saving or creating 2 million jobs in the past year, President Barack Obama makes the point that when he first took office, 700,000 jobs were being lost monthly. All in all, the 462-page report acknowledged that economic recovery would be slow. [AP]
