Nathan Stuckey, 45, was arrested Tuesday after he beat up his girlfriend then poured boiling water on her.
According to police investigators, the Atlanta resident accused his girlfriend, whose name is being withheld by police, of infidelity. Stuckey, who held the woman against her will, then proceeded to assault her. As if a beating was not enough, police records state that the crazed assailant then allegedly grabbed a pot of boiling water and poured it over the victim's chest and groin area.
Stuckey is facing a false imprisonment charge, which is a misdemeanor but can be raised to a felony.
The woman was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital in downtown Atlanta, where she was treated for second-degree burns.

MAY I ADD MY 2 CENTS?...I DONT STAND IN JUDGEMENT OVER THIS MAN AND HIS GIRLFRIEND, BUT THATS ALL THEY WAS, 2 PEOPLE SLEEPING TOGETHER. FIRST, NO MAN EVER SHOULD PUT HIS HAND ON ANYBODY, ESPECIALLY A WOMAN! ONLY IN PROTECTION OF YOUR LIFE. SECOND, THATS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A WOMAN OPENS HERSELF UP AND GIVE AWAY HER BODY. YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT MAN SHE HAS UNTIL ITS TO LATE. AND I KNOW MARRIED MEN (SOME) ARE ABUSERS TOO, BUT THATS WHY YOU WAIT AND SEE HOW A PERSON IS, AND YOU PRAY YOU HAVE FOUND THE RIGHT ONE GOD HAS GIVEN TO YOU IN LIFE. REAL LASTING RELATIONSHIPS (FRIENDSHIPS) TAKE TIME. I THINK A PERSON SHOULD BE A FRIEND 1ST. THEN SEE HOW IT GROWS, HOPEFULLY THINGS WILL WORK OUT. IF NOT "ITS BETTER TO LOVE AND LOOSE, THAN NOT TO LOVE AT ALL.!" IM SPEAKING FROM EXPERIENCE.
