The last time I checked, I can only buy what I can afford. It's time to scrap the plan and start over on what both the Democrats and Republicans agree on. That's what got the country in the mortgage meltdown mess we are currently in. We had people buying $300,000 homes when they could only afford perhaps a $175,000 home. It looks like folk want to bankrupt this country. Medicare is going broke people. When I can't afford all the bells and whistles on my cable I have to cut back! Why is it that our country can continue to to push stuff down our throats that we can not afford.
I am for reform, but reform we can live with and afford. Or would we rather say, whoops we're deeper in debt than I thought in another six years!
We can not afford it as it is. Clean up the fraud. Work on preventive health and keep this country solvent! Scrap it and start over with what we can afford!
