Conrad Murray, Michael Jackson

The latest revelation in the Michael Jackson murder case now revolves around a former employee who has now come forward to reveal that he witnessed Dr. Conrad Murray stop CPR on the dying pop star in order to collect vials.

According to recently released court documents, Alberto Alvarez, a logistics director who worked for Jackson, claims he went in to Jackson's bedroom and saw him lying motionless on the floor with an IV stuck in his leg. Alvarez testified to police that he did see the cardiologist desperately trying to resuscitate the King of Pop. Instead, he alleges that the good doctor did not immediately ask him to call the paramedics, because Dr. Murray's first order of business was to dispose of the vials, which were strewn about, before requesting that 911 be called to the scene.

Court records state, Dr. Murray grabbed a few vials with rubber tops and told Alvarez to put them in a bag, authorities were told. Alvarez picked up a plastic bag from the floor, and Dr. Murray placed the bottles inside.

The physician then told Alvarez to put that plastic bag inside a brown canvas bag. He then told Alvarez to remove an IV bag from a stand and put it in a blue canvas bag. After Jackson's death, the 57-year-old practitioner was questioned for hours. He directed police to a bag in Jackson's bedroom that contained various drugs, among them propofol.

Two of Jackson's children, Prince and Paris, also entered the room crying as Dr. Murray and Alvarez attempted to save the mega entertainer's life but were quickly ushered out.
