More than 200,000 jobless Americans are anxiously waiting for the Senate to restore their extended unemployment insurance.
These folks were expected to stop getting checks last week after lawmakers failed to extend an April 5 deadline to file for federally-paid benefits before adjourning for a two-week recess. A total of a million people could lose benefits this month if the Senate doesn't act, according to the National Employment Law Project.
A final vote, however, is unlikely to come until later in the week. Monday's move is a procedural step that simply allows lawmakers to consider the bill. Democrats need at least one Republican to join them to get the legislation past this hurdle.

"Look Who's Turned Their Backs on You"....

Those who are looking with common sense, or who have faced the music, find that President Barack Obama and/or the Obama Administration have turned his, her, or their back on the masses.
.....President Obama actions to increase taxes on small business, other business owners, corporations, etc., is counter productive the goal of job creation. Anyone of average intelligence and common sense would know, or should know, that increase taxation on business owners, and/or other costs, will be passed on the consumer in the form of increased costs for goods or services. What it boils down to it that we have an idiot, in President Obama as President in the White House.
...more likely it is President Obama, the Democratic Party and/or the Obama Administration who have turned his, her, or their back on the masses of the people because:
A. Reducing high unemployment and not this health care bill is the primary concern of the unemployed.
B. The ObamaCrat Health Care bill has been forced on the masses, against the will of the masses of the people, all with the consent of President Barack "the Magic Negro" Obama.
C. President Barack Obama places more emphasis on being re-elected for a second term as President, or promoting his own selfish interests, than truly serving the people. This failure to serve the people will result in President Obama being a one term President, that is unless he removed from office first!
The most serious issue(s) or problem(s) in most any Black community is high unemployment and blatant disregard for the Constitutional rights of inner-city residents, and not HealthCare/ObamaCrat Health Care!
High unemployment and/or blatant disregard for the Constitutional rights of inner-city residents being prevalent in most any Black community, be it today, and/or decades prior to the advent of the internet.
Individuals who are gainfully employed don't need government sponsored health care, and/or any other form of government assistance, that limits his or her rights as a citizen.
