A few months ago,
TMZ reported that Jackson family matriarch Katherine had asked her ex daughter-in-law,
Alejandra, and four children to move out of the Jackson family compound.
TMZ claimed that the former Mrs.
Jermaine Jackson had been required to vacate the premises due to an incident involving her son
Jaafar, who had been accused of purchasing a stun gun and using it to shock Michael's 8-year-old son Blanket. Case workers at the
Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services were notified and investigated the incident. Reportedly the incident was the last straw for Katherine, who asked Alejandra to move soon thereafter.
It is being reported that Alejandra is miffed about having to leave the comfy quarters with her brood and has now sought the services of powerhouse legal firm
Trope & Trope.
Katherine has not thrown her grandkids and their mom out on the curb, however. Instead, she is providing a condo for them to move into. Meanwhile, Alejandra (pictured below), who has two children by Jermaine and two by
Randy Jackson, is rolling up her sleeves and getting ready to do battle with her former mother-in-law. In addition to the new digs, she also allegedly wants some financial security for herself and her children and may negotiate a separation package that would cover them all in the event of a move.
Katherine has legal custody of Michael's three children,
Prince, Paris and
Blanket, and there is speculation that the septuarian already has her hands full managing the children.
Alejandra is no stranger to the legal system, having taken her ex-hubby Jermaine to court for failing to meet his child support obligations in the past. We may see Katherine and Alejandra butting legal heads next.

That woman should have got the boot years ago after having children by two brothers, being a parasite and now she has the audacity to take Michael's mom to court to assure her continual sustenance. The gall of some people is astonishing.

I agree Ms. Peggy. She sounds ridiculous. Clearly, she is not about anything. Yuck. Unfortunately, she sounds like the type that thinks there is nothing wrong with what she is doing or her thought process.

Thats the first I heard of that. what kind of whore is that move and screw the whole family . well I cant blame her exploiting the situation that was her agenda all along . those brothers need their asses kick. Absolutely. Why the hell does she feel she need to sue Katherine? If anything, this skank needs to go after her deadbeat exes, Randy and Jermaine, if she needs to "maintain" the lifestyle she became accustomed to. She was involved with THEM, NOT KATHERINE. It's not like she was thrown out on the street. She ought to be grateful her ass has somewhere to go. She just wants to freeload off this family and not do anything for herself. I don't even know why Katherine was taking care of them in the first place, they are not her responsibility.

I can't believe both brothers passed her around, yet nothing happened to Joe Jackson either and he molested the oldest daughter (Rebbie). Michael was messed up for a reason. I will never understand these women, loving men, even with the pain that is inflicted on their children. How nasty is it that they not only slept with this woman but, these brothers are the fathers and the uncles to their own kids. And the kids are brothers/sisters plus first cousins to each other. What happens when they grow up and marry each other? One eye in the center of the forehead for sure. I thought this only happened in a white world until the minister on Oprah who's still serving time and was blaming his daughters he was sleeping with and impregnating, talking about they wanted it. That women should be run out of this country so she can practice those wicked acts like they do in their own country. I don't even know how she can look at the family when there are gatherings and how can her kids not be messed now that they are old enough to know, "Mama is a Wh-r-and she laid down with our uncle and our Daddy." Just nasty.

Shame shame shame on EVERYONE in that household, to not protect Michael's 3 children, from the monster's produced by his siblings. Most of all, Kathryn is way TOO OLD to be raising kids. No doubt, sucking her sons estate and hiring nannies for the kids.
Michael is rolling over. He CARED about his children, and that is WHY he kept them away from his parents and only allowed supervised visits.
The "compound," is full of ANIMALS except for Michael's 3 children who are being used by abusive Joe for $.
