A few months ago,
TMZ reported that Jackson family matriarch Katherine had asked her ex daughter-in-law,
Alejandra, and four children to move out of the Jackson family compound.
TMZ claimed that the former Mrs.
Jermaine Jackson had been required to vacate the premises due to an incident involving her son
Jaafar, who had been accused of purchasing a stun gun and using it to shock Michael's 8-year-old son Blanket. Case workers at the
Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services were notified and investigated the incident. Reportedly the incident was the last straw for Katherine, who asked Alejandra to move soon thereafter.
It is being reported that Alejandra is miffed about having to leave the comfy quarters with her brood and has now sought the services of powerhouse legal firm
Trope & Trope.
Katherine has not thrown her grandkids and their mom out on the curb, however. Instead, she is providing a condo for them to move into. Meanwhile, Alejandra (pictured below), who has two children by Jermaine and two by
Randy Jackson, is rolling up her sleeves and getting ready to do battle with her former mother-in-law. In addition to the new digs, she also allegedly wants some financial security for herself and her children and may negotiate a separation package that would cover them all in the event of a move.
Katherine has legal custody of Michael's three children,
Prince, Paris and
Blanket, and there is speculation that the septuarian already has her hands full managing the children.
Alejandra is no stranger to the legal system, having taken her ex-hubby Jermaine to court for failing to meet his child support obligations in the past. We may see Katherine and Alejandra butting legal heads next.

I don't know how this could possibly be a suit that she could win. She has been fortunate that Katherine has allowed her to stay in the house and K certainly doesn't have any obligation to put her up into another household. It's not even the responsibility of her ex's to provide her a home. As long as they pay support, then it is up to her to use those dollars to get her own place. She was with both brothers....what a piece of work. If I were K, the moment this gal started the law suit against her, I would withdraw my good will to put her in other living arrangements.

You are so right. This Grandmother has gone through enough. Losing Michael and taking care his children at 80 years old. I am 71 and my heart goes out to Katherine and no matter how much money there is, it won't help Katherine's broken heart over losing the son whom was most like her.My prayers are for Katherine.

I think you are right Ms Peggy. She act as if Mrs. Jackson owe her something, which she doesn't. She and the fathers should be taking care of their children. I probably would not have offered her another place to stay. Now thats just me.

I've got an idea. How about child support from the children's fathers & a job for the princess. That's what I did. Kathryn needs to stop enabling this leech asap. The father's should be ashamed of themselves. She should be taking the fathers to court, not her mother-in-law.

And you don't blame her? Why not? She wasn't raped. She has tramp written all over her. This was definitely about money and not wantting to take her ass to work. To stay there, she gave herself to another brother in order to not have to leave. I don't see the courts making Katherine give her anything. Those are her grandkids and not only did she help them long enough, grand parents doesn't even have rights. This lady is a gold digger but, I think she has come to the end of her rope. Her money is with those two sons, not Katherine.

Randy isn't to blame. He was dealing with her first when greasy-faced Jermaine started dealing with her behind Randy's back & ended up marrying her. It was said Randy suffered a nervous breakdown because of it.
