A few months ago,
TMZ reported that Jackson family matriarch Katherine had asked her ex daughter-in-law,
Alejandra, and four children to move out of the Jackson family compound.
TMZ claimed that the former Mrs.
Jermaine Jackson had been required to vacate the premises due to an incident involving her son
Jaafar, who had been accused of purchasing a stun gun and using it to shock Michael's 8-year-old son Blanket. Case workers at the
Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services were notified and investigated the incident. Reportedly the incident was the last straw for Katherine, who asked Alejandra to move soon thereafter.
It is being reported that Alejandra is miffed about having to leave the comfy quarters with her brood and has now sought the services of powerhouse legal firm
Trope & Trope.
Katherine has not thrown her grandkids and their mom out on the curb, however. Instead, she is providing a condo for them to move into. Meanwhile, Alejandra (pictured below), who has two children by Jermaine and two by
Randy Jackson, is rolling up her sleeves and getting ready to do battle with her former mother-in-law. In addition to the new digs, she also allegedly wants some financial security for herself and her children and may negotiate a separation package that would cover them all in the event of a move.
Katherine has legal custody of Michael's three children,
Prince, Paris and
Blanket, and there is speculation that the septuarian already has her hands full managing the children.
Alejandra is no stranger to the legal system, having taken her ex-hubby Jermaine to court for failing to meet his child support obligations in the past. We may see Katherine and Alejandra butting legal heads next.

Actually I heard that the show was successful and that A&E offered another season but they turned it down. Personally I can see why, it doesn't look like they have too much going on that people would be interested in seeing as MJ is no longer with us. People are more interested in MJ's kids than they are his brothers and maybe if Janet was in it more people would watch also.
I watched the show and the premise was them getting ready to embark on a tour, but who wants to see the backup singers without the lead singer? The show said that they had over 100 hours taped before MJ passed away, yet the only thing they showed was stuff after he died with the exception of maybe 15 minutes on the first show.

@Jones.. I don't know if that is true.. I believe Randy was acutally married to her, and when randy went co-co becasue of drugs and stayed out in the hood and eventually was put in rehab.. Jermaine tapped it.. and it was always a question who child of the four she had belonged to who of the two jackson brother.. I mean this is rumored..but I think it all pans out if you know the ages of the four sons..

A real brother wouldn't have touched her with a 10 foot pole. Jermaine is a dog and rightfully so with that skin. I'm sure no one was running him down. Only his first wife Hazel did that but, that didn't last. Berry Gordy's daughter got the hell away from that family. This family is so sad and this is the royality we have. We got better royalty than this in the HOOD. This family was always sad and will always be sad. Fame destroyed them more than you can imagine but, maybe they still think the money was worth it. I know Michael, no matter how wierd, didn't deserve to die like he did.

This is the sickest thing I have every heard. Katherine Jackson being sued by this tramp. She has been suckling off Kathrine for years.
I can't believe Jermaine Jackson hooked up with this whore after his brother kicked her nasty a$$ to the curb for the garbage man to pick up.
Jermaine went and got that whore then he should pay her child support with money he earn on a job-not out of his mom purse. Jermaine is sick.
Jermaine sit his lazy behind around and just father children (he has a load of kids from other women) then he should man up and take care of them.
No way in this world Michael Jackson money should support any other kids but his own. Michael should have left his money and kids to someone else.
Bet you Jermaine is sitting around waiting for his mom to die so he can inherit the property and money. He is just disgusting.
I feel sorry for Michael's kids. No one is fit to care for them.
Jermaine and that whore sitting around nursing off Kathrine. Two grown people that will not provide for kids they are responsible for.
Katherine need to think about Michael's kids for a change cut loose all of the other old grown behind children she had that will not earn a living for themselves.
I wonder how much of Michael's money do Katherine give to her other loser grown children. Michael's money was a payday for that whole family. When those kids are ready for college they will not have a dime. This is so sad.

Agree with you 100% about Jermaine! He is a lazy, nasty ass who doesn't want to take care of the kids he brought into the world. He really ought to be ashamed of himself, letting his elderly mama foot the bill for his irresponsibility. And that Mexican slut he hooked up with after Randy dumped her is a damn freeloader. She doesn't want to do anything for herself, but yet these men didn't see her coming? Idiot BM blinded by the fact that she was ANYTHING BUT BLACK. She had no job, no nothing. She brought nothing to these relationships but kids who are not only cousins but also half brothers and sisters!! Disgusting.

I agree with you Alice about Jermaine but respectfully disagree about Kathrine. Ever since MJ died, as far as we (the public) know Katherine has been completely devoted to those children. She threw her children out didn't she? However, she is a mother and even though she did that, she provided shelter for them despite their disgusting behavior. Those grown men/women blinded by greed are not the victims here MJ's poor children and mother are.

I'm sorry. This story sounds too ridiculous to be true. Did I miss something? How does Katherine owe this woman? If there is any truth to this, I hope Katherine throw their asses out of the condo and let them go on foodstamps and the like. This goes to show you, that you have to be careful who you bring into your family. This is a woman who had no problem with being passed around. That should have been a sign right there that Katherine should have left her behind alone, grandchildren or no grandchildren!

I believe that Alejandro took Jermaine to court over not paying child support a couple years ago. He stated that he couldn't afford to pay because he only made about $6000 a month. So Katherine agreed to support them and moved them in so Jermaine wouldn't go to jail.
I'm not a lawyer but I believe that even though it may be in poor taste that she actually has a right to do what she is doing. And she can probably win.
I know to us looking in we conclude that this woman is atrocious, but we have no clue what type of relationship she and Katherine have. For all we know this could just be business and she is doing this with Katherine's blessing. The estate has great wealth and anything that this woman is asking is probably no skin off Katie's nose. We know that Katie loves her grandkids and probably has no issue with them being there. She may even have a good relationship with the ex and finds it a big help with her there. And if they don't get along the house is huge and they probably never saw each other much anyway.
The stun gun incident is the only reason Katie has asked them to leave. She has been forced to since the state is all up in their business, otherwise the only thing would have been done is perhaps Jafaar or which ever one would have gotten a whoopin'.
