Jackson patriarch,
Joe, has reportedly filed a lawsuit against
Dr. Conrad Murray,
Michael Jackson's former personal physician. According to Joe, hours before his son was given a lethal shot of
Propofol, Murray was whooping it up by drinking at an L.A. strip club.
The grieving dad alleges that the good doctor was spotted kicking back a few at Sam Hofbrau, a popular topless strip club in downtown L.A. Joe's attorney, Brian Oxman, states in court documents, "It was reckless for him to 'drink' prior to administering anesthesia to Michael Jackson. He concealed his conduct from Michael Jackson."
The legal papers also claim that Murray administered a "polypharmacy of drugs," which brought on a slew of health problems that eventually led to Michael's demise.
According to the documents, the King of Pop had "neurological, pulmonary, and anemia signs over several weeks prior to his death. In May and June 2009, Michael Jackson was confused, easily frightened, unable to remember, obsessive and disoriented. He had impaired memory, loss of appetite and absence of energy. He was cold and shivering during the summer rehearsals for his show."
There is also some disturbing information in the legal papers about how Murray allegedly did not come clean about the drugs he gave to Michael to EMT workers and the doctors, who feverishly tried to save the entertainer's life.
Murray's legal team is certainly not going down without a fight and plan on refuting every claim that Joe flings at them. His lawyers have denied that Murray even drinks liquor and contend that his busy schedule did not allow him to patronize strip clubs.
Either way, the once-famed cardiologist stands accused of administering the prescription sedatives Propofol, Lorazepam and Midazolam to Michael. He was charged with involuntary manslaughter in February. He pleaded not guilty.

He will prevail over Murray. That is not mean to say that their (The Jackson's) conduct since the death of this man has not been disgraceful. Each family member speaks for himself/herself discrediting the others point of view. No unified, coherent point of reasoning. Added to this is display of ego by all especially, the brothers.
I like to ask Katherine over her eviction of Prince's cousin over the stungun issue: If Prince had commited the offence against his cousin, would she had evicted Prince or Paris?

This is all a tragic situation and happening far too much. The doctor succumbed to greed by allowing himself to be a licensed pusher for Michael. All the other physicians who aided and abetted over the years were fortunate enough to not get caught. Think back to Michael coming to court in pajama pants; come one now!!! The boy has had a problem for quite some time.
Everyone who had inside knowledge of these practices are guilty of enabling as well. Sometimes being quiet is not a good thing.
Anyway, back to Joe. He seems to not have even been close enough to his son for his opinion to be respected (if he ever had one that mattered). Now Joe is blaming his ex-wife, the doctor...how about the gardener and the newspaper boy? May as well include them too. If I had the type of relationship or non-relationship he seemed to have with his boys, I would shut up.

Joe was never, ever one of the more respected of the Jackson clan, for sure, but he's certainly the sleaziest. To public name the mother of his dead child as being responsible for his death was probably the lowest and scummiest implication he could have made.
I, for one, have turned a death ear to anything this man is saying from here on out.

I am a Joe fan. Yes, what did Katherine mean when she told her husband that Michael wanted his privacy and this is the reason she did not go see her son as Joe requested? Katherine was clearly loved by her son and it was no time for him to have privacy. He needed help. This doctor did not care. He did not have basic life support in that room. A crash cart was suppose to be nearby to assist a man who is totally under sedation. If the doctor could not be there than a nurse: RN or LPN was suppose to be with Michael.

Leave this family alone...despite of Joe Jackson...he is a grieving father...no matter how him and Michael fight..he still is a grieving father.....Leave this family alone and stop trying to stir up controversy ......stop trying get rating or sell papers....
