Crystal Gale Mangum, 31, the woman who accused members of the Duke lacrosse team of rape, held a press conference in her yard on Wednesday to announce that the new charges against her, involving arson and attempted murder, are false. Mangum couldn't hold the press conference in the driveway of her home, because she she's under house arrest, but she did treat reporters to hamburgers, hot dogs, potato salad, deviled eggs and fruit salad. (Just kidding about that last part.)What is true is that she called reporters to explain why she allegedly assaulted her boyfriend, set his clothes on fire in a bathtub and threatened to stab him as her children, 3, 9, and 10, and police officers watched.
That's right, police officers were already there after one of the children called them about the domestic violence dispute. When officers arrived on the scene, Mangum gave them a fake name and age, and as they processed her information, she allegedly ran upstairs to light the fire in the tub. The police then called the fire department, which put the fire out.
Anyway, back to the cookout.
Mangum told reporters that she will likely not get a fair trial because of the Duke lacrosse case, that her ex-boyfriend abused her and that someone else must have set the fire because she didn't. Maybe it was the police that set the fire. Or maybe her ex-boyfriend set his own clothes on fire. Maybe the kids were feeling a chill and wanted to keep warm, so they started a little campfire. There are many potential scenarios.
Personally, I'm not so much interested in this circus as I am in who attended this circus. Which reporters said, "Yeah, I'm going to go listen to what she has to say, and I'm going to write it down and edify the public." These people are almost as twisted as I am for writing about this.
Mangum's next court date is Friday. Maybe there will be hamburgers.

The stories her children could tell ....Charles, this woman should be charged with a hate crime against innocent men-one that would equal the amount of time the innocent duke students would have received had those guys been convicted. A woman lying about rape, etc. is a sexual monster like a rapist, etc. There needs to be a criminal charge for falsely accusing and having innocent men arrested. Filing a false police report is only crime against the law enforcement agency, not against the falsely accused men. Women need to have a deterent against falsely accusing innocent men until this is enacted many innocent men are going to be forced into accepting plea bargains to save their lives from harsh punishment put down by stupid juries under the influence of law enforcement and women's groups, and efeminate males. She is not crazy and disturbed; she is a criminal.

Something happened, her friends were paid to change the story because the parents of these blue blooded white boys were never going to stand on the side line and watched their sons lives ruined by a black woman. Elin almost killed Tiger Woods, she caused a disturbance in the community and she was haled as the victim, why? because she is white. This woman was maked because she have the balls to stand up to white America and let them know that their blue blooded white sons raped her and this boyfriend of her knows, he did what he had to do to prevent from going to jail.
