Hate crime or not, there shouldn't be any more serious punishment in this case. The only fit punishment (if he's found guilty, of course) is the death penalty.

We know what he's capable of, we have a duty as a society to remove him. Permanently.

All of the killings need to stop. Everytime I look in the paper or tv there is another killing. Sure people kill each other every day, but my problem is to take a dead man and tie him by a rope and hook him to a truck and drag him that far a dead man This man had to hate him in the worst kind of way. What else can you call it.I know this crime because it happen in my small town.

Enough with white's b.s. and racial hate and prejudiced against people and races that they are afraid of. Get with it AMERICA in today's world we are dealing beings who are a million times worst then ANIMALS. Animals who live in the wild kill for a reason to SURVIVE. Why do WE kill? for the thrill of it, out of hate, fear, prejudiced and ignorance etc.

Enough of of the B.S. now. This white SKUNK once proven GUILTY he should be executed IMMEDIATELLY. No questions asked. Matter a fact he should be executed the same way that he killed that black man who was supposed to be his friend.

Putting this SKUNK in jail is a waste of time and taxpayers money EXECUTE HIM!! A Life For A Life e deserves no MERCY.

America need to adopt the criminal laws that they have in other countries. Other countries Do Not play when it come to MURDER, RAPE, or CHILD MOLESTATION. USA's legal system is full of crap and needs to be revamped to handle criminals of today.

YES that also would include children who murder and commit other heinious acts of crime. I Do Not advocate putting a child under the age of 21 to death BUT IF he/she commits a crime such as this harsher punishments need to be considered. Sending a child who commits murder to a juvenile facility is a JOKE!! Put their butts with the Big Boys and Girls. When kids under the age of 21 committ an adult crime they too need to be held accountable accept punishments just like adults. I mean it doesn't happen that often but it happens more then ewnough. Now a days you have kids, visciously beating, abusing and killing their parents just because they don't wanna clean their room or do as they are told. So because they are children we're supposed to place them in a juvenile home until they are 21 years old and then set them free. NOPE at age 21 transfer them to an adult jail and let them serve a full sentence just like an adult would have to do.


Most of today's criminals who commit murder have no conscious, empathy or respect for human life. To them the value of human life is lower then a worm in the ground. So I ask why should we/legal system show mercy to them?

This white skunk needs to be executed just the way he killed his (so called) friend. Why should he spend the rest of his life eatin' crappin', watching t.v. in jail on the tax payers dollar?

Yeah I know this message/post sounds barbaric but now a days we are dealing BARBARIC people who will committ a heinious crime just because . . . I am one who has ZERO tolerance for anyone who MURDERS out of hate or just for the thrill of it. I say the best way to get rid of MURDERER'S, RAPIST, CHILD MOLESTER'S, CHILD ABUSER'S etc. is to show no MERCY.

Swift and harsh justice is what they do in other countries why is America's justice system so lenient? BECAUSE America is trying so hard to treat Murderer's, Rapist, Child Molester's etc. with respect and common descency and all that other b.s. Unless it is a form of self defense I say when someone purposely harms, kills and then desecrates a human body they don't deserve any amount of respect, empathy, consideration.

I know my oppinions may seem brash and a bit harsh and I appologize to ALL who Do Not agree with my oppinions but hey in the year 2010 I'm keeping it REAL. An Eye For An Eye

Sorry misunderstood what I said and what I ment. Maybe this will help clarify what I am saying. I Have ZERO tolerance for ANY one who MURDERS another being. Whether it's a Black on Black crime, White on White Crime, Black against White or White against Black. I Do Not care what race, nationality a person is. IF one human purposelly takes another human beings LIFE then desecrates their body in MY oppinion need to be enforced..

As far as the Black man who killed all of those white people I too believe IF he had NOT killed himself, like a coward he too should have been bought to justice and YES the death penalty should have been enforced in his case as well. WHY? because he killed not ONE but EIGHT people. He destroyed eight lives and eight families including his own. The color doesn't matter to me it'
s the crime and how criminals are so easily let off these days.

Now if I sound racist when replying to this post maybe I am just a bit tired of hearing how people kill each other just because the color of someones skin. This article touched home because I am a black woman and this SKUNK could have killed a member of my family or one of my friends just because . . . .

With regard to the OJ Simpson case I too believe he was/is guilty and I wish I were his judge that day because he would not have gotten away with what he did. As I mentioned when it comes to murdering an innocent person I have no tolerance what's so ever and COLOR has nothing to do with my stance against people who murder.

People of all colors and races can and do committ barbaric crimes it's how our legal system deals with them that's what makes me angry because in "MY" opinion the legal system is too easy on criminals these days. And it has also been proven that the legal system in some cases is harsher on minorities and people of color and that is unfair system and it needs to be fixed. My belief what's good for the goos is good for the gander..
