Glenn Beck has stepped back from his claim that President Obama is "racist."
The bombastic Fox News commentator now says he misspoke when he said the commander-in-chief had a "deep-seated hatred for white people or the white culture."
"It shouldn't have been said," the 46-year-old former disc jockey said on 'Fox News Sunday.' "I have a big, fat mouth sometimes and I say things, and that's not the way people should behave. And it was not accurate."
What does Beck wish he had said? He's not racist, he's just a "Marxist."
"He is a guy who understands the world through liberation theology," Beck told Chris Wallace.
Founded in Latin America during the 1950s and based in Christian beliefs, "liberation theology" involves the belief that the poor need to be freed from economic, political or social injustice.
Calling the theology "Marxism disguised as religion," Beck argued it goes against what most Christians believe.
"That is a direct opposite of what the gospel is talking about," he said.
Beck has linked Obama to liberation theology before, most notably during his time as a commentator on CNN's Headline News. He also discussed it last week on his Fox News program.
Obama was also linked with black liberation theology, which is a race-specific version of the belief, through his relationship with Rev. Jeremiah Wright, the controversial former pastor of the Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago.

He will last, and infact you will be voting for him in 2012 just like you did before.

Here's the proof. GOP takes unprecedented 10 point lead on generic ballot:

Everyday when I check the polls, the GOP grows stronger and the Democrats continue to crash and burn.

Not.
The Dems and Libs just have a way of letting their actions do their talking for them. They don't, for the most part, answer or respond to questionnaire polls, they wait until they GET to the voting booth and answer then.

There are actually a few good black folk who pay taxes and care about US debt and deficits. I salute them, too bad there are so few and they are not at all representative of most blacks.

'Most' blacks are paying the taxes and fought in wars that support you AND your country, and have ancestors in their family who kept this nation going without pay for nearly 400 years AND who were the ones who helped win the Civil War that kept this country together. Get over yourself and stop drinking the GOP Koolaid.

Also ... Nothing from nothing leaves nothing. America has thrived for too long on cheap and free labor-because of its backbone from inception: slave labor. This nation got used to paying nothing for hard working people; and ultimately got what it got as a result of it. Pay fair wages to AMERICANS of ALL races for your labor, or get out of the industry. If you can't afford to be in business, you shouldn't be, or you should do your own "dirty" work yourselves.

"Good black folk" are the one's who pay taxes and don't sponge off the government. Same definition for "good white folk".

Conservative hypocrites (like Beck)have always fought against equal rights. He is trying to rewrite history (as they have always done) Beck plays on the ignorance of the hateful and uninformed. He says things that are so absurd and
it is really scary that people take him seriously.
Many people who support Beck can not get passed a
black man being President. They all have that "John Wayne" mentality.

Obama is a socialist, and maybe a closet marxist, who knows? But he does seem to be a Muslim, as he was born such. If he is a Christian? He is certainly a liberal one.
