Diana Ross, was denied a DNA test.
An L.A. county superior court judge ruled that the Norwegian-born woman could not obtain permission to determine whether Michael was in fact her father and was also denied custody of her three siblings and a portion of the megastar's inheritance.
Jackson had filed court papers back in July, hell-bent on proving that the entertainer was her dad, and that Dr. Ross had given birth to her only to have her kidnapped at the age of 9 in a twisted plot that was devised by Jackson matriarch, Katherine.
According to 35-year-old Jackson, all of this was done to protect a then-17-year-old Michael's growing fame and popularity. Jackson even when on to insist that there were seven co-conspirators involved in the plot.
Dr. Ross-Lee, who said that she has never even met Michael, has publicly denied Jackson's claims, calling her "delusional" and the situation "bizarre."
In her claims, Jackson petitioned for custody of Michael's three children and requested that a portion of his estate be awarded to her. And to add icing on the cake, she said that she, too, suffered from the very same skin condition that afflicted her alleged dad, vitiligo.
Now that the court has ruled, though, Jackson's allegations will never fall upon the ears of a jury.

Dr. Barbara Ross-Lee was born in 1942. She has come from an unfortunate past that is hard to imagine. She is the oldest of six children from a poor inner city Detroit project.
She became a surrogate mother at age 10 when her mother was hospitalized for two years with tuberculosis. At the age of 16 Dr. Barbara Ross-Lee nearly bled to death from a tonsillectomy.
Her mother died from breast cancer, diagnosed too late. She lost her firstborn child to cardiac complications from German measles. Dr. Barbara Ross-Lee went on to lose two subsequent pregnancies due to blood poisoning.
Her youngest child was born prematurely at 5½ months, surviving, weighing just 2 pounds.
As a child, Dr. Barbara Ross-Lee and her siblings sang in a church choir. Her sister, Diana Ross, left the projects as the celebrity lead singer of the Supremes.
Dr. Barbara Ross-Lee earned a degree in science and chemistry in 1969. She went on to join the National Teaching Corps. This is a program in which she could study for free, while she taught in the Detroit public school system.
In 1969, Michigan State University opened a College of Osteopathic Medicine. Osteopathic Medicine is a branch of medicine which views the human body holistically; it emphasizes the prevention and treatment of illness and injury through the use of manual and physical therapies along with traditional practices such as drugs and surgery.
As a single mother, Dr. Barbara Ross-Lee needed help with childcare, so she sold her house and moved back in with her mother. In 1973 Dr. Barbara Ross-Lee graduated from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. For the next 10 years, she ran a hectic family business in inner city Detroit.
It’s hard for me to believe that Diana Ross sister never met the most famous pop artist of all time. The first thing this young woman should do is prove that Barbara Ross lee is her mother. It may be easier to prove that then to try and get a court to supply DNA from Michael's side of the family.
Barbara Lee should willing supply her DNA, so that this whole drama could be put to rest forever.

Thanks for the bio.. there is a lot of history there but you lost me when you said.. that her mother died from breast cancer detcted too late & then you said ..that Dr. ross needed child care so she moved back in with her mother. Maybe Im reading the time long wrong... Im just confused..

Kudos to Barbara ross Lee because she's accomplished a lot and she's a HerStory maker!
For the record they need to show a picture of Micheal Jackson when he was 17years old because he looked much different back-in-the-day!

Yesterday I copied and pasted that bio from a fan site. The name of the site is The My Hero Project...Dr. Barbara Ross Lee. The blogger's name is Sabin. The link is still listed but the site looks like it has been deleted because it's blank. Google Dr. Barbara Ross Lee and you will see several links connected to her name and one of those links belong to a fan by the name of Sabin.
