James Howard Johnson (pictured), who molested and pimped out his stepdaughter from the time she was a minor until well in to her teens, was convicted this week on 17 felony counts, ranging from rape to child molestation to pimping and pandering. A Georgia judge handed the 49-year-old three consecutive life terms, plus 87 years.
Johnson began sexually abusing his stepdaughter back in 2000, when she was 7 years old.
When the child became a teen, he began holding sex parties in his Atlanta home, where he would pimp the young girl out to men for money. Court records indicate that Johnson forced the child to drink liquor and take the drug ecstasy in order to enhance her sexual prowess with male strangers. Johnson would also have the child solicit men via sex chat lines. The child was also forced to recruit her male friends and have them join in the parties.
The child's mother, who is Johnson's ex-wife, and his current girlfriend testified in court that he prostituted them as well.
After being sexually tortured for seven years, the teen in question ran away to an aunt who lives in Missouri. The young girl recounted her horror story to the relative, who immediately notified the authorities.
Johnson was arrested in 2008 by the Atlanta police.
While the the girl's identity is still being withheld, at 18 years old, she graduated from high school with honors and received a scholarship. She is now attending a private university.
According to the district attorney's office, there will be further prosecutions down the pike. Investigators are still trying to find the names of the men who attended the sex parties held by Johnson.

This is patented garbage from Ruth (Manuel) Logan. She comes on here as if she understands the last 2000 yrs of sexual history and paints this man as a monster and these females as wholly-innocent victims when that has not been proved yet.
All this latina is doing is disparaging black men and attempting to place a wedge between black men and women (she's latina remember) under the guise of caring about black females. She'd like all to think that pimp/prostituting/teen (old anti-black stereotype) is a black thing when it's as much a latino thing and white thing and asian thing. But she doesn't mention them. These sites controlled by the mainstream media, throw these stories out (wkly) to keep the feeling of unease going cause that keeps the status quo going. And Ruth is playing that game and agrees with the game based on her words.

Not Tiffany, Michael is No example of the average AA man!! He is the Prime example of a person who shouts "racism" from the top of the hill, but then will continue to bring up some one elses race and the drop of a hat!! Then of course he always goes for the "no one understands the (however many yrs he decides to go with) ...yrs of history WE faced" like he had any thing to do with the history he spouts about! And as you pointed out, he can never put the blame where it should go. THIS GUY IN THE ARTICLE IS A DIRT BAG, no one said anything about the guy being any kind of average black male(because he is not, well at least the one's I know or assoiciate with from day to day), but Michael always "goes there" with it! He crys about being generalized by media or sterotype, but turns around and keeps making diggs at the writer and keeps refering to her as "latina"!! Michael, you are a piece of work! How much more of a monster does the man have to be before you are convinced? He stole this little girl's innocence when she was just 7 years old! The sexual abuse continued on into her teens. He held sex parties and prostituted her. She finally ran away from seven years of sexual torment, indicating how progressive the abuse had become. Mind you, she was still a teen who had not even graduated high school! You may not accept that it has been proven that he is a monster, but three consecutive life terms, plus an additional 87 years means that it was legally proven in a court of law beyond a reasonable doubt. He is a monster of the first order and must be forever isolated from civilized society. I hope they are able to locate and prosecute the other MONSTERS who had sex with the girl. One thing for sure, if they do not answer for what they did in this life, they still have a day of judgment coming when they will have to answer to God for what they have done.... As for "Ruth(Manuel) Logan," don't fault her for speaking truth. You say she is trying to drive a wedge between black men and black women when black men have been doing that for years. Rap music regularly refers to black women as b i t c h e s and hos. You think that has been uplifting for and supportive of black women? The primary audience for Black Voices is black. One story after another, I see black men come on here making comments disparaging black women. Now, everytime there is a story involving a black man accused of assaulting or abusing a black woman and she has pressed charges, there is at least one post each time which not only denigrates black women in general, but encourages black men in general to completely abandon black women and get themselves a white woman or an Asian woman, or a woman of any other ethnicity! The implication is that those women will be more tolerant of a shiftless, sorry man who has no job or will not keep a job(for long, anyway), who sits around playing video games or watching porno or talking on his cell all day, who has babymama drama, who is past due on his child support, who sees his manhood only in his p e n i s and/or his fists (to beat up on a woman; never or rarely gets in fights with men, though he is always picking a fight with his woman so he can tear that head up), and blames the white man for all his ills, but is always grinning in the white man's face and being such a suck-up its sickening.... You went on this rant where you claim this Latino woman is trying to cause cause a rift between black men and black women, yet you decry her for "'ignoring this and that crime' of black women." This you post in response to an article about a black man who sexually abused his step-daughter and pimped her out to strangers and her male "friends." Are you for real?? Thanks for sharing that the child who is now a young woman, is doing well. Hopefully with counseling she'll be able to put this whole horrific tragedy behind her.
She's a survivor who at a young age, had the courage to say no more! And runaway from her abuser. Yes, she's a surviver not a victim...and good for her!
Stay encouraged and hopefully she will/does realize that not all men are atrocious predators.

One question that I want to ask , During all this where was her mother? While he was pimpin her out at sex parties and stuff? I know that there are signs of sex abuse in children.
This young lady is awesome, she graduate with honors and is going to an private college after all this ( YOU GO GIRL). She could have so easily gave up but i know she will have challenging times ahead but I can see that she is gonna make it in the end because she already is making it .Thank you Jesus

We suppose that most will say that this is ok because its just part of the black culture, or someone might be racist for arresting him or even try yet again to blame this on President Bush.
