I think we should hate anything associated with child abuse. But if Oprah hates child abusers and anything associated with it she ought to look in the mirror. Sexual abuse has happened not once but twice at her African school for girls. This could be happening a lot more but we will never know because Oprah refuses to talk about it and has instructed those who work at the school not to cooperate with the news media.

Oprah didn't take any responsibility as owner of the school for the abuse, instead she cried on camera and took the cowards way out and threw everyone associated with the school under the bus. Oprah lives to expose child abuse but only if it's NOT at the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls that she owns. But let a black man be accused of being a abuser and Oprah will have no problem crucifying ALL black men on her show.

David, you are so off base about Oprah's handling of the abuse at the Academy. Oprah did take responsibility by getting rid of the woman that was abusing the girls. What else was she suppose to do? And, whenever she has talked about abuse on her show, the majority of the offenders have been white men. You have the right to your opinion but you don't have the right to make-up facts. And just because Randy has a problem with Oprah doesn't mean he's right. Janet doesn't seem to have a problem.

I stand by everything I said. I didn't "make up" any facts. My facts are backed up by news stories. Oprah had to pay her former headmistress of the school Nomvuyo Mzamane a lot of money for slandering her to the media...aka throwing her under the bus!

When the abuse happened a second time at HER school Oprah stated she would not talk to the media about it! Her spokesperson stated: "We regard the incident as confidential."

Yet she has no problem talking about abuse that's committed by men..especially black men. Her SECOND "down-low" show on BLACK MEN and Bishop Eddie Long is a perfect example of that. Oprah NEVER used the Catholic church priest abuse scandal to imply that perverted abusive DOWN LOW behavior was some how part of white Irish or Italian men's character to sexually molest young boys. Not even would Oprah do a show implying that DL white gay men in the church is the reason why abuse was so widespread. But she has no problem implying this about black men who are not the majority in this country. If you can't talk about abuse being committed at your elite boarding school for girls in South Africa that makes you a hypocrite, a lier and a coward.

Because Oprah has a white middle class audience black men should have never been a target when it comes to selling negative images about anything. Obviously you are a fan, but don't tell me I'm making up sh*t because you are too lazy to turn off the TV and read to get the facts.
