Foxnews is a racist news and I don't and never will listen to them! They are racist ppl and all they want is to talk about Blacks. The head individual is the leader of it all, for if he wasn't he would not allow in. That's the reason they fired Mr. Jones, b/c they could not talk about Blacks like they wanted to. Is it called a race card when whites are subjected to racism at work? No it isn't. So don't go there. Racism is a form of mental illness and the workplace is no place for it to play out. It is a bad use of workplace resources, morale and wallet. Racism is also a form of workplace violence.

I wonder why I haven't seen racist cartoons of everyone's favorite Reverends (Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton), the NAACP or of black Democratic congressmen on Black Voices? And if they did print any, who bets me that the article would CONDEMN the cartoonist and the organizations that gave the person a platform???

I observe these uncle's ither working for fox news or participating in the evening discussions on a regular basis.Ranting on and on about President Obama or other so called unproductive or free loading blacks. The highlight of the debate is to observe the faces of these bigoted racist such as Glen Beck, Bill O' reilly etc, by the expression on their face. What’s the grand stupidity of all this? Let’s see!
The work environment isn’t located in the back room of a vacant apartment in the worst housing projects, nor located in the Deep South off-road inside a dilapidated trailer at the back end of a trailer park.

NO!

The work environment is located in a professional facility that houses state of the arts equipments, being operated by ‘educated professionals’ that were prescreened by personal for applicable qualifications before hire.

Any black person interviewed and then acquire employment, was by far not stereotypical, else they would not have gotten past personnel.

While out on the work floor of this presumed “Professional, Educated and Intellectually Mature” environment, that said Academically Fortunate Black Professional Employees are yet still being subjected to racist remarks, innuendoes and/or puns, jokes and more, from whites with the intent to use said Black Professional Employees as ‘PORTALS’ to get at (or vent at) those select less Advantaged Blacks, is where PSYCHOTICALLY RACIST STUPIDITY begins to surface.

Through Psychotically Racist Stupidity, those whites failed to realize that if the black co-workers (they’ve targeted) were really liken to the blacks they’re being racially stereotyped as, then they would have never personally known of them, because they would have not have been employed.

It’s these and other similar facts alone, that testifies the unwitted stupidity demonstrated from the those white co-workers who resorts to their racist white paradigm of blacks, in the face of blacks, whose mere presence, in and of itself, is clear self evidence of themselves being the complete opposite of such racist stereotypes they’re being subjected to, within an environment that they’ve otherwise measured to be Higher-UP on the food chain.

Such experiences is quite a reality shock for those blacks who’ve fought through years of their various academics to rise above and/or get ahead in life, (as apposed to the so-called stereotypical blacks who are lazy, on drugs, crimes, welfare and more that these whites rant about.), but for those Academically Advantaged Blacks who finally achieved success for their hard work, are then subjected to forms of racisms that was assumed nonexistent at that they believed was the next tier UP in society.

Ironically, these blacks are often bewildered of such psychotically racist nonsense to come from the very group of whites they otherwise thought were more upper classed and/or more socially advanced. For many blacks, the experience is very disappointing and somewhat of a letdown to what they’ve otherwise expected to experience at the end of their academic journey.

Many Blacks may then fall back to regroup on what form of “Survival Mode” or “Niche for acceptance” they must now fall on, to adjust to their fundamentally white racist surroundings;

>1 sell-OUT to sell-IN.

>2 hunker into a privet shell.

>3 become everyone’s “GO-FOR”

>4 laugh at all jokes told, no matter how corny or worn out.

>5 Be their silent corner punching bag for everything THEY want to throw (get off THEIR chests) at ALL Blacks “Through You!”

And the list goes on….

What’s even more amazing is that those groups of whites haven’t the slightest clue to the social damages caused by their own actions.
