Two pastors, Reuben Armstrong and Prophet H. Walker, have teamed up to plan a rally against Bishop Eddie Long. Both pastors are asking that Long resign from his church, and Armstrong has even gone as far as asking that Bishop Eddie Long take an HIV test.
Armstrong is a radio show host and Walker is the pastor of the True Light Pentecostal Church in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The two plan to rally this weekend in Atlanta. The event is set to take place on October 31st at the state capitol.

Armstrong is the author of the book, "Snakes in the Pulpit," where he discusses fictional pastors who sleep with men. He now claims publicly that members of the New Birth Missionary Baptist Church came to him years ago to discuss Bishop Eddie Long's sexual behavior. According to Armstrong, they claimed that Long was sleeping with young men in the church. I am not sure why he's publicly requesting that Eddie Long undergo an HIV test. Anyone can catch HIV, not just pastors accused of sleeping with other men.
I've seen e-mails from Reuben Armstrong on a few occasions. He appears to be working very hard to get the message out about Bishop Eddie Long. I am hopeful that this hard work is driven by a genuine desire to help young people and is not a personal vendetta against Long or a simple quest for publicity. Armstrong has a book and radio show to promote, and someone is working awfully hard to put Armstrong's name in the public eye at the expense of Bishop Eddie Long.
I'd be the first to admit that if it is true that Eddie Long truly has been sleeping with the young men in his church, then the issue must be investigated. At the same time, I have yet to truly understand why other pastors with small churches and radio shows are working so hard to make this into a publicity stunt. There's just something about all this that seems unGodly.

We need HIV/AIDS education. It's very important!! CDC has granted CSU $1.9M for HIV/AIDS education. The number of members on the largest STD dating&support site == positivechats.com has reached 500,000 members. OMG! why so many people are infected by HIV? There is no doubt that we need SEX-ED

Only what you do for Christ will last. The wages of sin is death. So what Bishop Long is doing or has done will be exposed, good or bad. God is not blind He sits high and He looks low so do not concern yourselves in what Bishop Long is doing just make sure your sins don't you out. WHAT'S DONE IN THE DARK WILL SURELY COME TO THE LIGHT. What christians should be doing is praying for all parties involved espeacially Mrs. Long and her sons

Why would Pastor Armstrong want the Bishop to get an HIV Test? Did he have Sex with the Bishop, and has possibly contacted HIV? However, I guess the way the public is treating this Case, I assume these Pastors will act as witnesses in Court to support the acquisitions made by these youngsters about something the Pastors don't even know occured.

we are supose to be our BROTHER keeper and who without a fault cast the first stone.people are too eager to rush to judgement.be careful what you are saying about a man or woman of GOD.remember in GEN.12:3 the promise that GOD himself made to Abraham.then all I am going to say take a trip back down memory lane when Jim Baker felled and what evanglist kicked him while he was down and wasn't long before that same evanglist felled and came back crying for forgiveness.think what you all are saying and doing to the Bishop.I'M sure GOD can handle him.

YOU DESTROYED THESE YOUNG MEN LIVES,THEY LOOKED UP TO YOU IN THE CHURCH FOR SUPPORT AND THIS IS WHAT YOU DO TO THEM,YOU MOLESTER.
