Hardcore rapper DMX, who has been jailed six times in the past decade, faced a judge again Wednesday who denied him bail for violating his probation by using drugs.
According to court documents, the hip-hop bad boy, whose real name is Earl Simmons, was on parole for an assault conviction and using a fake name to avoid paying a $7,500 hospital bill.
The 39-year-old performer violated the terms of his probation by getting caught using cocaine and Oxycontin, failing to submit to drug testing and counseling and driving with a suspended license. He was arrested on November 19 and placed in Arizona's Maricopa County jail.
"Mr. Simmons has several felony convictions, and has been given multiple opportunities to succeed on probation," reads the complaint. "He has been directed to treatment, as well as chose his own treatment program and continues to use illegal drugs following their opportunities."
DMX denied all of the alleged charges and is scheduled to again appear at the Maricopa County courthouse on December 9.

Maybe he should stay in jail and serve his time....and maybe not....................there soo many white entertainer bad boy/bad girl types are literally getting away with everything under the sun and yet, not going to jail. The courts in America are just as dishonest and prejudiced as ever. Lawyers and Judges should serve time in jail just to see what its like.

He's in jail in AZ ... released? Are you kidding me? Hell no he's not going to be released...it's AZ with LESS than 2 percent of the state's population is black..and of those..are either reired(transplants).. or on some state assistance. ..AZ is ranked as a welfare state with plenty social programs.. by welfare I meant disability payments, food stamps program, drug treatment programs one of this nation's largest, orphans being taken care by the state,..etc.,
aaah Black Folk The honeymoon is Over..the ne-cons nazi'S are back in partial control of this nation... the WAR is back on and they are after your children by any means necessary. I would suggest any black folk that can afford 25.00 to spare monthly to a lawyer referral service.. as a monthly fee to have access to a lawyer without a retainer fee.
