Seventh season 'American Idol' contestant Chikezie Ndubuisi Eze is a wanted man. There is a bench warrant out for the 25-year-old, who is on probation for an arrest stemming from a purchase he made with a fraudulent credit card.
Apparently, Eze was at Beverly Hills luxe retailer
Neiman Marcus last February. The Nigerian-born singer attempted to buy two bottles of cologne and used a bogus credit card to pay for the items. He was arrested and sentenced to three years probation after pleading no contest to misdemeanor identity theft. The 'Idol' alum was also required to perform 45 days of community labor and ordered to stay away from the department store under the terms of the deal.
Now, since Eze failed to appear before a judge for a Jan. 14 hearing related to the arrest last year, a bench warrant has been issued for his arrest. The no-nonsense Los Angeles
Judge Marsha Revel, who took actress
Lindsay Lohan to task for failing to appear at a mandatory court hearing, issued the warrant and also revoked Eze's probation.
Hmmm. I don't smell good times ahead for Eze.

Your are a pathetic self-hating judgemental bitter person. You dont even know who Chikezie Ndubuisi Eze is, but you want to use this as a platform to vent your frustation about how "black" people are suppose to act. How do you "speak whiter then whites?" How is The First Lady disgracing The White House by going green and setting a example by eating fresh produce? You are the disgrace to OUR race and I do not use "white fellow citizens" as my measuring stick for equality or morality. You are the type who believes nothing unless it comes from the white man, only does business with the white man, and his water is colder. As Sarge said in Solider Story "the black race cant afford you anymore".

Black men - our situation is so deep (because of last 500 yrs of history), that getting a criminal record MUST BE avoided and one need not be a teetotalling munk to avoid a record. The system blocks us even if we don't have a record and getting one makes things only tougher.
All nonblacks can get arrested for drunk driving multi times, drug offenses, shoplifting (not the major stuff like murder/rape) etc. and companies will give them a shot at rebuilding their lives.
Aint happening with us cause remember - the US media conditions all to be anti-black, particularly anti-black bigots and in their minds, we're guilty even though we're innocent.
You got to keep a distance from the cops and you got to not let your friends get you caught up with the law because they are. You know what happens in those interrogation rooms. They want to know 'who did what' and they'll threaten you with prison.
If you're gonna do those get rich quick businesses, you better do like the white criminals (Bernie Madoff anyone?) and not get caught.
Most of the black males in prison are there for drug offenses and that's just wrong. And a 40% US black male prison population out of a 13% US black male general population IS IRREFUTABLE PROOF OF TARGETING AND ARRESTING WITHOUT CAUSE. So is that crack v cocaine sentencing disparity.
So the game is brutal and you must play the game properly, if you're gonna play.

What's with black people always getting angry when someone tries to teach their ignorant butts. You 2 are dumb as rocks and you'd do yourselves and black people in general a favor - by taking some teaching.
Neither of you said anything pertinent to my comment (I already know it's not 100% of white and I already know we have a responsibility to ourselves in life). You suckas better wake up quick cause a slow-genocide is going on and it's mainly because the black people are so clueless. And they're terrible communicators.

And rdw, nowhere in my comment did I imply that black men don't have responsibility to keep themselves out of jail and without a criminal record.
If you could read with comprehension, you'd notice I wrote that black men MUST AVOID a record - and that implies it's their responsibility.
Yet, you write me talking about excuses.
So, I respect you - but it is annoying. I post a thoughtful comment and get 2 nonsensical replies. And what's scary as hell for me, is lots of black people think like rdw and the other responder to my comment. I know why you can't understand and I'm gonna work you.
