A 22-year-old John Jay College grad was stabbed to death in a Brooklyn housing project Monday night, apparently during an argument over $20 she lent her boyfriend's sister to buy Pampers, relatives and police sources said.
Kamisha Richards was knifed once in the chest in the Cypress Hills Houses on Sutter Ave. in East New York about 10:35 p.m, officials said.
A relative of the boyfriend's said she returned home from work and found Richards "going down slowly."
"She wasn't panicking," the relative said. "She was calm. I called the ambulance and put pressure on (the wound).
"I did everything I could to try to save the girl."
Richards was pronounced dead on arrival at Brookldale University Hospital.

"My daughter's dead!" the victim's father screamed out at the crime scene, where about 25 stunned relatives and friends gathered. "My daughter's dead!"
Family members described Richards as a John Jay grad and said she worked for JPMorgan Chase.
The relatives said she stayed on-and-off in the Cypress Hills complex, where her boyfriend of seven years, Ramel Henriques, lived.
No one was immediately arrested, but detectives were questioning several people, including an 18-year-old woman identified by sources as the boyfriend's sister.
She was picked up by police in a neighboring building.
Richards' friends and relatives said the victim had recently lent the sister $20 to buy disposable diapers and milk for the sister's baby, then got angry when she found out the woman spent the money on other things.
"My daughter takes care of the whole family there," Richards' father said. "(The sister) had a baby recently. My daughter gave her $20 to go buy some milk and Pampers. She went and spent the money on something else. They argued about it. ... She waited for her to come home from work, and did her."

Educated and promising black females like this girl simply must separate themselves from this type of ignorance ASAP. Remember what happened to the college girl who was shot at a party by a jealous black male from the neighborhood.

Believe, me the majority of these "so-called" educated BW are little more than female thugs with a degree! So, how can they separate themselves when in fact that's really who they are! I meet a lot of educated BW that are, if not more ghetto than those that aren't educated! Lastly, this kind of violence is so common place in the African American community that it's beyond belief, and also accepted. Where's Al Sharpton, and those other self serving leaders on violence in the black community? Missing in action as usual, or perhaps he's still marching in Arizona for the Latinos.

Sad. If that CHICKENHEAD who killed this BEAUTIFUL YOUNG LADY thought she was soo bad why didn't she find and ask BUM BABY DADDY for $20?! That was HIS RESPONSIBILITY. They sure love to LAY DOWN with BUMZ who don't have $20. Happens all the time and in this case we lose young lady with a bright future.

This is a very sad story to see a young educated woman killed over $20.00. Something so juvenile is not worth the effort of losing your life. My condolences goes out to her family.

Ok Dime, There's my story that goes with this. Back in my college days, I went to school out in Cali. I had a friend that was a native from the Bay Area, East side meaning Oakland. So we gonna get some stuff one night(weed) I'm driving but my friend telling me where to go, you know since this is their truff, I'm from back east, aint never been in this part of O-town before, girl this fool got me in the PJ's in Oakland, at night, just the two of us in the car, so we meet up with ole boy, I got the 20, I give it to my friend, they give it to him, he takes off and we waiting, and waiting, and waiting and looking at each other, and looking around, and waiting, finally I say "I don't think he comming back" LOLOLOL, my friends says "I don't think so either" So then I say "LET'S GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE" LOLOLOL. Chile I peeled out of that place so damn fast, my skids marks are probably still there. My friend said to me clarke thats why I like you, all the other people I hang with would have been talking bout, "Hell naw, he got my 20 dollars, I going find that nigga". I told my friend "What would I look this, somewhere I aint never been before, lost as hell, in the damn projects, hell I didn't even go in the projects in my own home town, trying to find some damn dude I didn't even see good, what am I suppose to do? go walking around the projects of Oakland asking did anybody see this guy I gave twenty dollars to for some weed? LOLOLOLOL. I don't think that is the last twenty I'm gonna see in my life. After we had crossed the Bay Bridge and was well on our way back to campus, where our silly behinds should have been in the first damn place I asked my friend, And what if something happen to either one of us, But if I really felt I was so big and bad "I'm gonna get my 20 back" and my ass gets beat up or shot or worst, what the hell would you tell my family. My friend just looked at me and said "oh yeah I didn't think about all that", now that we were safe we could laugh at our silly selves. The MAN upstairs was looking out for his little silly children that night, and I'm eternally GRATEFUL. BE BLESSED my friend. PEACE.

Girl I can't wait to see her big ole man lookin self on Dancing with the Stars. Don't know why they call it that I haven't seen a STAR on that show yet. I pity the one that get stuck being her partner. Girl now watch Miss Thang come out there one tear it up and win, I would die laughing. I bet this season is going to be funny as hell. Ok let me send this so I can tell you my story.

Get the hell out of the projects. Intelligence and fools don't mix. If your kid is smart get them out the ghetto. All the kids getting shot are students.
