From The Root: A posting on the Psychology Today's the Scientific Fundamentalist blog, titled "Why Are Black Women Rated Less Physically Attractive Than Other Women but Black Men Are Rated Better Looking Than Other Men?" was the talk of the Twittersphere today (usually just introduced with something like "Appalled!" or "Ridiculous!") ... until it disappeared, that is.Read more at The Root

The so-call Psychology Today blog claimed that black men are more attractive than other men, but then also claimed, in the same breath, that black women have more testosterone (men hormones). So, if one is to believe that black women carry more testosterone than other women (the claim is that black women look like black men in the article), yet black women are said to be unattractive. . .
Then the blogger is claiming that black women are equally attractive as black men?
Does anyone else, besides me, see the gapping holes of foolishness and simplemindedness in this alleged scientific study?

Okay people, we know Tom, Craig, Bill and all the other haters are going to post their usual vile, immature, godless comments. We know the truth. And the fact of the matter is, we know that we're beautiful and we don't need society to validate who God created us to be. The most powerful woman in the world is a Black woman who has a Black man. The most powerful man in the world is a Black man who has a Black wife. And we as a people will continue to be powerful because we know who we are and whose we are. Thank God I'm Black. He created us just the way He wanted us to be and there is nothing Tom, Craig, Bill or anyone can say or do. If they have a problem with it they need to take it up with God and see how far they get.

Hello Girkling:
I agree,Black is beautiful, I am Black and beautiful and so are my children. God made us that way in his own image and likeness, That is why White Woman, Indian, Asian, and other races mimic how we dress, our body such as lips, ass, and so on. They even try to wear our hair styles and go to tanning salons to darker the sign. Yes, all because they know that we are beautiful people inside and out. We do not need a psychologist that is ignorant and racist, along with a terrible research team to tell us a lie. Maybe we need to see what he looks like I am guessing he is very ordinary and nerdish.

Girlking, your post will most likely make a lot of sense to the typical BV reader, but to someone with common sense it makes no sense. How does the fact, (if it is indeed a fact) that the most powerful woman and man in the world are both black and both are married to blacks,make them beautiful? If this is the case then for the past 2000 years up to 2008, black people weren't beautiful, wouldn't it? Or it means that black people have only been powerful for 2 of the last 2000 years, would either of those thing be correct in your mind?
The best part is how you bring God into this, of course he made all people in his image and how he wanted, that would be also true for all the non black people he created. And to use God as the reason for us having a black President is even more laughable, look into this President and you will find that he has a very low regard for God. If God chooses every President, then he chose all the previous ones who were all non-black. Explain that one! God does not decide everything, he has given us free will and some things he lets us decide. He make a path for us, we just need to have faith in him and follow that path. If he did decide everything, the world would not be the way it is now.
Lastly randyB wasn't talking about the few who choose to be single, he was talking about the vast majority who are not married and have children OOW. Or is that, to you, a valid choose?

have you ever seen an old white woman or an old white man. It hurts your eyes to look at them. An older black man or woman looks good and not all wrinkled. beauty is for the youth and I agree young people of any color is beautiful but aged well you know the truth

@blackbear72,
I know you're not trying to insinuate that I don't have common sense or the majority of readers on BV don't have common sense. My point in mentioning the most powerful Black man and Woman was to point out that that they both are with Black people. Now if you missed that point then so be it.
