From The Atlantic:
Four years ago, The Boston Globe asked presidential aspirants to complete a questionnaire that plumbed their views on executive power. It is an indispensable resource for anyone intent on holding President Obama accountable to the positions he took during his campaign. As yet, however, those of us covering the 2012 primaries haven't gotten the contenders to commit themselves to anything so specific. I propose collaborating to get on the record answers from every campaign to the following questions:
1) Does the president possess the power to order American citizens killed so long as he or she first declares them enemy combatants? Is it legal for the Obama Administration to kill Anwar al-Awlaki?
2) Is the war in Libya legal? What is your understanding of the president's war powers? Absent an attack on America or the imminent threat of one, will you pledge to clear all wars with Congress?
3) If a suspected terrorist is captured by the United States, is it morally and legally permissible to interrogate him by strapping him down, covering his nose and mouth, and pouring water over those cavities to simulate the sensation of drowning?
4) Should the FBI be required to get permission from a judge before it puts a tracking device on the car of an American citizen? Should a warrant be required to listen to an American citizen's phone calls or to request information from their bank, phone company or Internet service provider?
5) If a CIA or FBI agent tortures a detainee in American custody should he or she be prosecuted for it?
6) Does an American accused of plotting a terrorist attack enjoy the same due process rights as citizens accused of other crimes?

This is a nice questionaire and here are my answers and a few more thoughts. We can't kill at will, Libya is illegal, no H20 boarding, warrants always required. If the CIA or FBI tortures then the President is responsible. Due process is the same for everyone. Now my other thoughts are the price of gas should be capped at $3.50. Unemployment checks should require physical work and a search. Healthcare at any price is immoral and unconstitutional because healthcare for profit is wrong. Basic care should be guaranteed, but the public should be given a premium option. Pay for more care if you desire, but don't give anyone less than they need to survive. That ain't right! I'm Mays Gilliam and I'm running for President...ya heard.

The big question is can they fix the job problem, health and social security problem. not can they fix it but how will they go about doing it. It can not be done like Bush did it and it can't be done the way Obama wants to do it. So how will they get it done. Lets stop asking can they do it, ask how will you do it. President can want a lot of thing for us , but if they can't get these thing passed. it will not happen. People in congress and the senate are more of a danger to us than a president.

Why do you think there's no outrage over South Africa being the number 1 place in the world where girls as young as 6 months are being ganged raped by black men but when the white man controlled the blacks under apartheid it was an explosive issue? Can blacks successfully run a country without savagery and genocide taking place? Where blacks especially women better off and safer under white rule as some say they where? Why is rape all over Africa never mentioned yet some blacks who line their pockets with Libya's Gaddafi money like that racist scum bag Farrakhan who think people should care about whats happening there? That leech could give a dam about the savage raping of women and girls taking place all over Africa and the carnage in general of black on black death. Will the return of white rule save Africa from itself since it proven that blacks can't rule and have made things worst for the people and economy?

Now that it is obvious that Obama is the best white President of USA, What will the next President do to seriously address 50% black unemployment and permanet housing at jail houses?
