Chicago rapper Lupe Fiasco has become one of the most intriguing people of the week after a recent interview in which he called President Obama, "the biggest terrorist of the United States", ignited a firestorm of controversy. He is now scheduled to appear on Fox News' "The O'Reilly Factor" next week, after receiving an invitation from host Bill O'Reilly to discuss his comments about the President.
O' Reilly called Lupe's words "outrageous" and furthered his critique of the rapper by labeling him a "pinhead" for rejecting an invitation to appear on his show. In a recent Twitter post, Lupe fired back at O' Reilly's accusation:

The contradictory report from Lupe has led to major confusion regarding whether or not Lupe will in fact be on the O' Reilly show. According to the Examiner, Lupe is confirmed as a guest for next week to discuss his remarks about President Obama, his stance against the U.S. government, and his philosophy of not voting in political elections.

I don't agree with Lupe's politics. However; if this interview comes to fruition; I hope this guy is ready to be insulted. O'Reilly has a history of in your face / insulting interviews. Plus Bill usually doesn't let his guests get a word in edge wise.

Gonna keep my ears open for his music, he's got to be sizziling!
As far as the O' Reilly show goes..I don't "buy" tv..and you shouldn't neither!
Put cable tv out of business!, take back your world and entertain yourself!!!!!!!! Stop letting dumb white folks and commercial negros get rich off you!!!!!!

I get why Lupe is not pleased with our current president. Obama's decisions has mostly benefited his Wall Street financiers. And the whole Libya invasion was a huge mistake.
But to appear on Bill O'Reilly isn't good either. I mean, he should wait to appear on the new Countdown with Keith. Shouldn't he be a worthy commentator?
O'Reilly doesn't care about Lupe's beliefs; He is an advocate of everything that is in opposition with Obama. That's a difference.
If Lupe decides to make an appearance, I hope he is ready for scrutiny and chastising.
O'Reilly's ratings have not been that great lately, either. So, Lupe will be doing him a favor.
If Lupe wants to be heard and taken serious, he needs to appear on a show that will listen to his views. Appearing on shows that are anti-Obama will silence him. Otherwise, many of us will chop this thing up as one big publicity stunt and nothing more.

An unknown rapper calls the president a terrorist and Fox News wants an interview. Why the urge to invited Lupe Fiasco on O'Reilly. Anything to make the president look bad. I guess if he were a white rapper then fox could care less.
Now for the Obama fans who love rap music! Fiasco just lost some fans and that serves him right. His interview will be short live but his fans are gone for good.
Fox viewers are un-informed morons anyway, who could careless about Fiasco, unless fox viewers will buy his rap songs. Just saying.

Bill O'reilly requested Lupe,..... but he turned him down.
Nothing pleases these "traler tenants" more than to see another black man debase another black.

I just hope O'Reilly has enough money to keep Lupe's career going after this. He is already a nobody in rap/music and he will really fall off after this as most republicans think the Lupes of this world are thugs, criminals, wild animals, uneducated and dangerous. So, have a great time steppin and fetchin for da massa, Lupe. Maybe, they will give you work to to do as you have officially comitted career suicide as far as true rap fans are concerned. Bush all but destroyed this country and white folks will defend him to the end. Obama is working with serious oppositions on every turn because they dont want a man of color to succeed and cause more to run for president, and you are kicking him down further, If a white president had offered the same programs and solutions as Obama has, republicnas and democrats would have supported it like it was the gospel. Dont be fooled. The states are far from being united.

@womenforaction.org: U commented that O'Reilly's ratings are not that good as of late. I would love 2 confirm this! How can we confirm this; does the the Nielson Ratings website list this info?? Bill's always bragging that he's #1 on Fox, CNN and all news networks, and saids something to the affect that he has been for around 25 years. I watch Bill (sometimes) bc I believe in watching my back; so sometimes I tune in to see what's cooking.

@Duane: I've heard rumors about an alledged 2004 sex scandal settlement by O'Reilly. If it's true it's sure bold of him to discuss other sex scandals such as Weiner's. But of course with a show like Bill's it would be hard for him to ignore scandals. If the alleged Bill scandal is true; how hypocritical.
