From the Atlantic:
The mob, members of an outlawed gang, blindfolded Walter Odondi with a strip of cloth and steered him through the narrow alleys of Nairobi's Kibera slum, slapping him with the flat sides of their machetes as they went. They frog-marched the frightened 16-year-old for half an hour before stopping at a clearing just outside the slum, not far from the Nairobi Dam. Standing there, Odondi could hear the sound of machetes being sharpened on stones. As he made one last attempt to flee, two men grabbed his limbs and threw him to the grass.

The United nations can be so quick to send allied troops into Libya however, neglected where help is really needed.
The people of these sub-Saharan regions have little if anything to offer so, it not important to justify not sending allied forces to end the murder, rapes and genocide of a people from it radical oppressors.
Shame on the United Nations

Matt is so right!!. Lybia has oil that the Europeons want to regain control of. Kenya only has hungrey people. Europeons have no interest in helping hungrey people unless the end result is to be able to brag how they converted them from their heathen (African) religion to good ole Christianity!!! That is why I never donate to missionaries. Yes, I am a Christian.

But, wait a minute!
Medical experts has discovered male circumcision may cut a man's risk of contracting HIV in half!
That's good, no? So, what's the big deal?

That is about the most stupuid thinking I have heard all day. What follows that is if the man has his penis cut off all together that it stops the spread of AIDS and that must be even better
Bugs Hunter must obviously already have been altered as a baby.

Riverside Bob, Actually it is true about circumcision lowering the chance of catching HIV. You may a right to your own opinion, but you don't have a right to your own facts. However the type of brutal forced circumcision in the article is the true crime. They are sexually abusing these men and it needs to end. It is horrible.

It certainly works like that in some countries so it is possible. Get your local travel agent to check it or if not go online to the website of the Kenya Embassy or consulate.

There is a better article on this, on News One. News One states that men in Congo are also being forced into Homosexuality. And if thats the case, whom ever is forcing these men, SHOULD BE PUT TO DEATH!!!!

In ther Congo, men are being forced into homosexuality (IS this a belief in African religions?)). In Kenya, American Right wing christian evangelists have convinced the Kenyan government that they should kill Homosexuals-- and have done so. This kind of behavior proves that the behavior and beliefs of one culture should not be promulgatd in another culture. THat is why I as a christian do not contribute to missionaries. I say LEAVE PEOPLE AND THEIR NATURAL BELIEFS ALONE--WHAT IS GOOD FOR ME MAY NOT BE APPROPRIATE OR GOOD FOR SOMEONE ELSE
